Tickets to Stadio Giuseppe Meazza

Guys I'm in Milan for the derby with my friend. My first ever time in the Meazza, extremely excited. Can anyone recommend bars to go before the game preferably no Milan supporters. Also I presume it's safe wearing an Inter shirt in the town on the way to the stadium? Don't want to cop a hook.

Thanks mate, didn't think there'd be any issue but best to ask. Suppose we will just take the plunge, there's such a difference between Italys drinking culture and the UK's, at home its compulsory to fire through a couple of beer pre match.

I can't remember, I was last december against Genoa. I think with printed ticket (i had A4 format, it don't have to be in colour) you just need to show passport if you are not from Italy.

Someone knows what's on about the tickets for Inter Club members against Juventus on April? I understood they started to sell tickets for this match in advance for Inter Club members, but only for 3rd tier red and 2nd tier blue, somebody knows if they'll sell tickets for other sectors later?

well, as i understand it, juventus gave for Inter supporters not enough tickets. so there were some 400 guys from the curva nord, 150 circa of them with a ticket bought on a reseller site, the other 250 with no ticket. so they started protesting in front of the stadium, they claimed: "either you let us all enter, or no one will, not even those with the ticket".

it's not like they wanted to enter without a ticket, it was a form of protest for not giving enough tickets. i don't know how it ended. this has to do with juventus though. i guess they rather wanted to make less from selling the tickets and not have "too many" Inter supporters.

I guess Curva Nord seats are harder to get online for this fixture as they're reserved for the Ultras and I'm guessing they have some distribution "rights". Closer to the fixture might be better for this, unless you know people in Milano who can guarantee tickets at the Curva Nord. It's the biggest derby of the year so it's a very hard task, especially four tickets.
Even the Roma game has no available tickets in the Curva, I'm rather confident that they leave those to the Ultras until they tell them they've given everything they could. The Lazio game is in 11 days and there's plenty of availability in the Curva but maybe the Ultras are in the 1st tier where there's no availability as the 3rd tier won't be open.

This is probably just a pre-sale anyway to get rid of the cheaper seats, it's not like a Milan fixture where season ticket holders have to be moved and it causes some issues with the number of tickets available.

i am also ok for 3rd tier. entering 2nd tier with 3rd tier ticket is so easy. but not sure about all tickets are sold out except curvasud.

yes. its too easy. i am buying print tickets. and changing my 3rd tier ticket as 2nd tier in photoshop
so i am passing from turnstiles with my org. 3rd tier ticket (you know entrance is same for 3rd & 2nd tier)
and after stewards checking tickets again at the entrance, while in this situation i am showing my copy changed ticket thats all.

in milano derby i directly passed with crowd and show no ticket after passing turnstiles. crowded matches you can easily enter. just be patient and wait for crowd and right time.
believe me stewards standing like stick with no reaction after they tired and pissed off.

by the way guys there are still tickets available for the match against Bilan in the Curva Nord, I managed to get tickets in the heart of the curva because i was really early... you don't need the tessera del tifoso btw (just in case you weren't aware) and the tickets are pretty cheap but the seats aren't that great, but it's the inter stand either way.
