Isn't whole wheat pasta supposed to be okay when trying to lose weight?
I only eat fish once in 3/4 weeks thats enough for me but if someone could tell me how to cook fish and let it actually taste like something I would gladly hear it.
Carbs are carbs, you don't want any of it if you are trying to lose weight.

As far as fish goes, my two preferred ways are simple frying on minimal oil after leaving the fish in a sealed plastic container with enough marinade to cover everything fully over night. You have dozens of different marinade recipes, I use generic mixture of squeezed lemon juice, teaspoon of honey, couple of teaspoons of soy sauce and basic seasoning like garlic/salt. Just how much lemon you want is something you will nail after one or two tries, I like it to be super acidic so that it kills off that fish smell.
Other way is bbq'ing it on a grill, I usually use a small cheapo electric one because I really can't be bothered with setting up a real fire for couple of pieces of meat, that takes an hour. Small tip for grilling fish - meat is super tender and will fall apart, so either get some grill baskets, or wrap the fish in the aluminum foil but remember to make a few holes with toothpicks or whatever if you want it to be crispy instead of mushy and overcooked. Absolutely best would be to go with real fire and let it quiet down and grill over embers/hot coals, but that takes a long time to set up and also to cook because of the lower temperature. I don't use too much spices when grilling fish, just a lot of salt, but I like it to be crispy and crunchy on the outside.
You can also Wiener schnitzel it up and do the whole flour > eggs > bread crumbs with boneless fish fillets.

Made this yesterday and it was great, if it's region locked ill post the recipe, super simple but really good. I also added chorizo to it.
In other news i found out im gluten intolerant the other week. It's hard to tell what i miss more; pizza, pasta or beer
you will lose more time adapting your body to ketons, that to stay on low carb diet.. again i dont know why would any of you be scared of carbs ?
i was doing few months ago keto for 7 weeks and results were the same as on low carbs...
here i dont wanna talk about benefits of keto diet and shit, just that it takes time and freaken will to do keto... and believe me if you are going to put mental stress on yourself because you have to eat that way, you better stay away from that... because after all carbs arent bad as some here say
I will certainly try the lemon out because I don't like the smell of fish so that would be a solution for the problem. Thank you!
That actually looks good for something which contains fish. Can I ask what kind of fish you used?
That sucks dude..I can imagine it is quite difficult to find good good? I wanted to ask if you ever tried glutenfree beer but you propably did and offcourse it's never going to taste like real beer.
Since I've been on a low carb diet I've lost 7 kilo's. Do mind I've started the diet like about little more than 2 months. Can you just give me like an example of what you'd eat to do a keto diet?
Like for example what I eat/drink
-Breakfast: Fresh Vegetables juice (like think cucumber, carrots, spinach, broccoli, ...) or more often some fruit (Pineapple)
I drink almost now 2-3 liters of water throughout the day
-Lunch/Dinner (depending on the day and if I got time, but I eat early in midday anyway): Boiled vegetables with Chicken/Fish/Meat grilled. (This is like 70% of the week, my main meal)
- After main meal: just some fruit or anything. No sweets at least
I run daily approximately 6km. And then I do some exercises for belly & chest muscles such as planking, push ups, squats, ... for 20-30 mins. Everyday I still got an insane amount of energy so no worry on that.
What would I need to change to get even more results (read as in, to get my weight fast down without starving myself).
Gluten free stuff is shite from what ive found so far. It's only an intolerance and i've got by 22 years of it so it's no doing me that much harm to have a pint every (day) now and then

I’m doing Keto (trying to stay less than 20 total grams of carbs per day) and that shit works first diet I’ve ever done with such great quick results I’ve already lost 40+ pounds.
That said it takes will and you have to really want to commit but that’s true for any diet unless you are ready mentally and really want to do it it’s not gonna work.
Once I reach my goal hopefully within the next year I will scale it back and not be as strict but the days of eating 3 triple cheese burgers are gone god willing.

I can not give you a full breakdown of what to eat, google Keto diet what to eat there are a lot of recipes out there. I can tell you I eat a lot of eggs, sausages, bacon, almond flour, LOTS of cheese and some veggies like broccoli, lettuce, cabbage. I like Salmon a lot too so I eat that a lot.
Anyone of you guys have or have used a diet plan to lose weight?
I want to lose 15 kilo by the end of the year at least, already lost 8 so far but want to push it harder. I've been running almost every day (at least 6km every day), skipped on all sugary drinks, only drink water (and occasionally only once a week some beers)
I've stopped eating sweets, potatoes, rice, pasta's, ...
So basically all I eat is like vegetables, chicken or fish.
Anyway, any of you guys got any suggestions on what to eat or some meals that can help me lose weight since I'm getting bored of all that chicken?
Rasha, you gymboi, I'm looking at you
