Hahaha, I used to do Shaun ts insanity. Not as a 60 day programme thing but I'd throw them on a few days a week to stay active.

They are fucking tough!! Really intense and tiring. Sawyer unless your wife is into fitness I wouldn't recommend. My gf tried a few and they were too tough and she just got demotivated and did something else.

Yea I have the yoga one's for the missus. I will let her sit in on the p90 one's but I don't think she will enjoy them at all, she can't even do one press up so I feel it's already a waste for her.

If you (or anyone) know's any "wife" friendly dvd/video please let me know. Think, never seen a gym or exercise equipment before in my life proper beginner

Zumba, if she's into dancing. You can find a ton of this stuff on youtube.

First one I got is

I was part of a Zumba class in the past in a pathetic attempt to hook up*, since 90% are women there, can genuinely say that it's very good exercise, especially when done early in the morning.

It's very repetitive so it's really easy to get hooked on a few Youtube videos and do the same stuff for like 2-3 weeks then switch to a harder one etc. Repetition also helps with getting it done if you're generally not into it, as it grows into your routine.

Workouts are typically 25 minutes, but you can do 15 minute ones or 20 or 30 etc. Youtube can help out there.

*when you're going to a 6:30am class, what outcome do you expect? But it was great activity, honestly I should try it again, at least at home. Always felt much better when I did this first thing in the morning.

Same I used to just randomly do Shaun T insanity videos just to stay in shape. I quit playing soccer regularly in 2011. Over the last few years I’ve really let my self go.

I finally hired a personal trainer this week and I’m going to do a 4 month program to try and reset.

I go to the gym several times a week and do strength training. Before that I tried working out in a group, but I realized that it wasn't my thing. It`s best to choose a training program for yourself individually.

Everything at your own pace is the best way. It's your body.

Groups are for people who struggle to motivate themselves or struggle to get into the gym, which is fine, but everyone has their own pace.
