I had a flight to China for work scheduled. They just canceled it. It is 2 days away and the company I used Kiwi. Won't refund me. They are like hey you have to buy a different ticket it will be $2k more. Or I can get a refund but it will take 90 days to get the refund and they have no idea the amount the refund will be.
Talked to accounting at work and they called our corp card provider. Company obviously doesn't want to lose out on $4k + pay another 2k. I mean it's just super shit customer service.
