4 earthquakes in Turkey/Syria and one of them 7.7 Richter. 1900 deaths confirmed so far. So sad and brutal. Anyone in the region felt it? People across the Middle East + Cyprus on social media say they felt it.

Watched several videos on twitter. Seriously, the concrete looked like not reinforced as buildings were collapsing like they were made from mud. Geçmiş olsun, very heartwrenching tragedy

Thanks a lot bro. I live in Ankara. It's about 700 kilometers away from the earthquake area. Luckily none of my family member or friend got hurt or died.

Not sure if anyone saw the train accident in Greece... Dozens lost their lives due to an operational error and they'll blame a couple of people for this rather than talk about how the systems aren't working for 20-25 years now.

Sums up how fucked up organisation and infrastructure is in this country.

Condolences to the families that lost people. The agony of those who are still anticipating the fate of their loved ones cannot be expressed.
