Whats your assumption behind it not going private?
Last time i checked float will be owned by musk after the takeover and he wont be able to sell right away....

Ofcourse he s gonna try to bring it back to public markets but i expect him to wait at least one year...
Also since he bought it at the height of the bubble one would assume that 54.20 wont be reached again any time soon.
