The expert analysed that when they got heavier, their legs suffered higher stress and their bodies also balanced in a different ways, it got worse when the player was someone with quick feet.

Based on that, I think Jovetic should de-muscle, even now when he has big arm and chest, he's still easily pushed off the ball. So why care about these useless muscles? Tone down, get back your speed and avoid injuries in the process.
