Javier Zanetti,
1; Toldo; 13 Maicon, 2 Cordoba, 25 Samuel, 11 Grosso; 7 Figo, 14 Vieira, 15 Dacourt, 5 Stankovic; 8 Ibrahimovic, 10 Adriano.

We may have to face a reality here, we may not get out of the group stages...............

First mistake was Adriano, second was Dacourt, third mistake was Walter Samuel. I can't believe I even have him in my dream Inter. Truly horrible.

He made up for it somewhat by preventing a second goal, cause with 10 men we were stretched and pushing for an equaliser.

Once again, Solari someone who can carry the ball and dribble well was left out. We were carrying the ball but couldn't hold it. Cause we were spread too far from attack and midfield. We needed a gifted player. Players like Solari, Zanetti could've worked wonders tonite.........but whatever.

This doesn't feel like an Inter will win the CL season anyway.

I can't wait to see how Magath will plan and orchestrate our destruction in an embarassing manner.

First, thanks Neon...

Second, we played that old 4-4-2 fomation, right? We could've put Deki as CM, and Solari as winger. Also leaving JZ out is the worst desision by Mancini... Now against Sampdoria, we will have to win, i hope Mancini gives good strategy.

Gee, what a terrible performance.

VILLAREAL ANYONE????!?!?!?

This game reminded me of Villareal, except with a few different goons out there. Seriously is Mancini a coach? Does he know tactics? Being a coach isnt just choosing 11 players, I dont think he ever studies the other team.

We didnt even create a proper fckn chance, just like in Villareal.. Killed in posession, just like in Villareal. Fck that.

No blaming Adriano, seriously. The kid wasnt even given a decent chance.

Veron's creativity, oh my how it would of been nice.

Neon, I hope you stop belittling our opponents from now on. I understand your passion and regard of Inter, but reading your posts before the Lisbon game reminded me of your posts before the Villareal game and it happened again.

It's good to be humble.

Why Adri off ???? He's playing well....

while I haven't seen Zlatan the whole mathc....

MANCINI ????? WHAT IS THIS ???

This is exactly what I've been saying about political players and media sponsored hype. Zlatan shouldn't be in the team to start off with and he ruins the whole outcome for every other player on the field.

Other players trying their best are being targetted unfairly while lazy political players only get mentioned when the team wins.

yeah... the mistake was Mancio putting capitano on the bench... n another one is Mancio was pressing Figo as IMO as that's not his exact pos. and an old player like won't be good to play in that pos. maybe tactically yes but physically no! even Totti ask Spaletti to put him as a striker... because he realized his physical condition... and that goes for our Figo also... pls Mancio don't use those formation again... he did bad as always... better use 4-3-3 and that'll not be a problem...

---------Zlatan---Adri--------Figo/Mariano
will be a great attacking formation just like Barca who have beat their opponent for 5-0!

------Cuchu---Vieira------Deki
also will be a great Middle player here...

Lets not take anything away from Sporting Lisbon, they're a very good team which has and seems to continue to produce very good players. All credit to Sporting and the Atlantian Portuguese for a lesson in football. There's another 5 games and we'll bounce back. Forza Inter!

O gosh! Who is on your board. People, the world is changing! Games are not won by names but by people who mould themselves into teams.

Which genious bought IBRAHIMOVIC?

Bro, WTF can Ibra do if you have a midfield who are being overrun by SL? Did you see percentage of our posession, it was clsoe to horrendus in parts of the game.

Ifyour midfield doesnt have posession you cant expect to make opportunities for your 2 strikers who at this time need all the hlep they can get.

Surprise, surprise, people are over-reacting! I was waiting for people to call for Mancio's head, and I wasn't left dissapointed!

It's never good to lose, but you must remember, we are playing in the Champions League. We didn't lose to QPR, we lost to a quality team. We're only two games into competitive competition. It's only natural that we're going to take time to hit our best form. There are still five winnable games to go, no need to panic.

Chris your very right mate, but im not upset about losing, NOT at all. Im upset about in the manner we lost, just like we did against Villareal. Without a fight, heck we dont even make oppourtinities.

Pizzaro left just when we need him :(
Now hes scoring mircale goals for roma :(
Against Baynre figo-dacourt-????-deki

Ooooh my sentiments exactly, we desperately needed someone of Pizarro’s caliber on the pitch, to bridge the gap in our midfield…Depending on Figo to do the whole lot is just ******* desperate, we played shit!
As for the Bayern match, we could use Grosso on the left?

Code:
Figo---Dacourt---Deki---Grosso

Nonetheless Credit to Sporting, they were the better side. The match could have left me with a bittersweet aftertaste :( but seeing Mariano fight for the ball was quite inspiring, I was a bit pissed off Solari wasn’t used but Mariano  (It seems I wasn’t the only one impressed :interscarf:)

One question! What european experience does mancini have? He isn't even an ex-inter player and as a result, perhaps he isn't working hard enough.

About Ibrahimovic.

Signing him is a big undertaking. One has to realise his/her limitation and accordingly sign player. Players which can improve under the guidance of coach, loyalists and experts. Ibra doesn't simply have the patience to be a top class player. I rate Capello highly simply because of his acievements as a coach. If Capello cannot improve this guy what the hell can Mancini do?

I like what u said there milan4eva.

Mancini's ability to train a player and develop him, is probably nowhere close to what capello can do. But on the other hand, Ibra really doesnt need someone's PARENTING AND RESTRICTING that capello was doing, as hes already a kid and rebels. Its gonna take a coach that gaves him a certain freedom of role, now im hoping Ibra realises himself and works harder to improve himself.

But today has nothing to do with Ibra, the guy jus arrived, Mancini has been there for a long time. This team doesnt need any better players, it all lies on the coach and the club, if they are in the background presenting any short comings.

Todays game presented once more, the lack of character and lack of chemistry.

Pfff, Capello, the most overrated waste on earth.

Can you tell me when did Capello manage a side not stacked with talented players?

As soon as he sees a team weakening and losing its stars (Roma, Juve) he jumpes ships like a little rat to enforce this view of him as a 'master' coach.

Capello imprisons talented players (did it with Baggio and with Zlatan last year) so your theory that he can get the most of talented players doesn't stand.

True, he unlocks players in two scenarios:

1) The owner's foot is in his arse because a player is a symbol (Totti) or the team paid alot of money for him (Cassano.)

2) Lame defensive players that shine in his defensive schemes (Lima, Zebrina.)

Anyway, that isn't the topic, but don't let the Milanista attack Ibra
