Given how good Asllani looked in preseason, it’s a scandal he hasn’t played more.

There’s a good chance he’ll look lost when he next starts, but if he’d had consistent appearances, even off the bench, there’s a good chance he would have started regularly contributing.

Part of the reason we played so much better in the second half during preseason was that Asllani would make an appearance (also Hakan and Barella were playing like shit)
