Last 5 games, Mamma mia. We are going to historic record of losses.

07/05/23 SEA Roma- Inter Milan
14/05/23 SEA Inter Milan-Sassuolo
21/05/23 SEA Napoli-Inter Milan
28/05/23 SEA Inter Milan-Atalanta
04/06/23 SEA Torino-Inter Milan

He knows how to do it.

This deafening silence by the club regarding the VAR debacle is a total disgrace.

We already got fucked by the ref against Monza. They need to be vocal also when it doesn't go well, not only when it goes well (like the CL-Porto match).

Players are not motivated in the league because A) Napoli are 20 points away and B) any one of them could be sold at any moment, so why try?
Because this is their job, and they earn a lot more than players at Lazio, Spezia, Empoli etc.

No matter what will happen but this guy needs to leave in the summer. Everyone is playing below his qualities and it seems that we don't have a f*ckin clue what we need to do on the pitch. He can't motivate them and I don't even want to go on about his subs etc.

This guy as a coach is the same he was as a player: mediocre.

I've been looking for something all morning about this. What the fuck? Why aren't we raising hell?

So you think the squad is performing to their level if its wank? Unable to beat Spezia, bologna, Sampdoria, empoli etc?
Actually, yeah. I think this constant roller coaster of results is a perfect reflection of the quality of this team.

Utterly incapable of maintaining a high level of focus and totally dependent on the “atmosphere” to motivate them.

Technical ability wise there’s obviously a good team here, but in terms of pace, physicality, dribbling, we are poor.

some are overpaid (Lautaro, Lukaku, Dzeko, Correa, Handanovic, Calhanoglu a bit etc) and some are underpaid (Bastoni, Skriniar) when it compares to EPL, Saudi Arabia, La Liga, MLS, Qatari league.

I mean that they earn more than above-mentioned teams, so they should be more motivated to win.

Have to totally disagree. Just look at lazio. With much less and playing on shite Thursday nights instead they are doing much better compared to us.

Honestly what lazio players would start for us? SMS, immobile. That it? Their depth is absolutely tragic.

I don't think we are the best team in the league, but to have 9 losses with this group of players is absolutely disgraceful

While it's not inzaghi's fault alone, a winner gets the max out of his squad. This squad is not playing anywhere close to their ability.

Which is why we need different coach with different approach. We can't have a complete overhaul of our team to compensate the lack of pace, physicality or dribbling, we need a different more conservative setup which could hide those deficiencies and not magnify them like the ultra attacking style inzaghi prefers.

And we’re definitely not going unbeaten the rest of the season either. This group could conceivably lose 12 or 13 games in the league before it’s all said and done. That’s fucking shameful for the squad that we have. And that’s on the manager.

I think Zaccagni, Felipe Anderson, and Romagnoli (the absolute state of our defence that’s led to me saying this  ) all also start for us.

But I think that’s besides the point right now, it’s unlikely we’ll agree on this as we’re quite distant from each other here, but I think we’re both saying Inzaghi needs to go - I just think it should be in the summer and not now.

I do agree with the point made that a better coach would have definitely changed play style at this point and focused on ways to mask this squad’s deficiencies.

I actually think inzaghi himself is already in panic mode and doesn't know what else to do other than cross the ball. We've resorted to cross and insallah.

I also think it's probably telling that Marotta etc haven't come out and said anything yet. I'd imagine serious conversations are taking place at the minute.

People saying we have bad squad 🤦‍♂️

Squad with players like Onana, Brozovic, Barella, Lautaro, Hakan, Skriniar, Lukaku, Bastoni who would walk all of Serie A lineups.

Even our depth players like Dumfries, Dimarco, Dzeko, Gosens, Mkhitaryan, De Vrij, Acerbi would be starters for clubs like Roma, Milan, Lazio…

I’m not saying we would be fighting for scudetto as Napoli is having freakish season, but we should be easily at 6-8 points clear of Lazio and we would snatch that 2nd spot.

Simone is nice guy but he is in wrong club with too much pressure.

I’d take Napoli, Milan, Juve, Roma or Lazios squad over ours. I’d even take Atalantas squad over ours…..

Honestly outside of Barella our team is insanely overrated.

Felipe Anderson doesn't have a position in our system. Also he is super inconsistent. We just see him against Inter where he turns into prime Ronaldinho and we think he's always like that. Not the case. Zaccagni would just replace Correa in our squad. No chance he would start. And don't make me laugh with Romagnoli. He wouldn't start over Acerbi (he's behind Acerbi even for Mancini) and just the thought of Romagnoli benching Bastoni is comical.

you obviously cant defend Inzaghi on this shitshow especially by bringing up squad quality issue. Inzaghi completely responsible for player's decline of performance. this season he is just utterly failed on this. the boys are freaking clueless. Even Barella looks like a rookie nowadays.

This summer he should pack his things and leave.

Imagine they disqualify Juventus but we still don't finish Top 4. That'd be a complete disaster. Can't even finish Top 5 technically.

Stop these imaginations. You only make yourself feel worse for the things that might not even happen.

Waiting until De Vrij,Skriniar reveal what’s going on at the club when they depart this summer. Owner, and decision makers will keep Inzaghi because they know he covers their shortcomings.
