I wondering how much Juve have paid for this loan to get PSG to take this kind of action.

In Germany they report Adeyemi isn't very keen to join Napoli and they're trying to convince him.

Feyenoord wants at least 40 mln for him. And I doubt that will be enough in the last days of the winter mercato.

Gimenez is on his day a superb striker. He had a really fantastic 2023. But he had a underwhelming 2024. Also due injuries and the lack of rest. The last months he is on fire again.

I do think he suits Italy well. But he needs supports. Isn’t a striker who creates out of nowhere on his own. Imo it would be a gamble from Milan for that kind of money.

He looks like a Mexican Lautaro. Skill and mentality wise. Can score bangers and good with headers too.

Surrounded with Leao left, Pulisic right, Reijnders behind, he could score ton of goals though.

Milan strikers stink . Morata and Tammy. I think Gimenez might fit them well.

Different types of centre forwards tho. Gimenez isn’t the type of striker who gets involved in the build-up or general gameplay. He isn’t really a pressing forward either. He’s also not a good dribbler (good first touch tho). He really is of his best use only in the box of the opponent. Great at choosing position and a good goalscorer when in his best form.

For Conceicao he might work out. Milan won't play possession tiki tuki vs bigger sides, but more defensive oriented counter attacking and if you have similar player to Inzaghi or Icardi thats exactly what you need. Leao and Pulisic are pretty good assisters imo. Morata and Tammy are both bust aswell.

They are slowly getting their puzzle together. Piece by piece. Walker might have looked like a corpse this season @City, but he'll be useful for Milan. He will take that RB spot without sweat, thats how weak their RB position has been. The years of harassing Abate and Calabria is over for us. Walker is winner and strong character, but can be outplayed with pace in the derby.

Im just saying if they sell their useless bums like Jovic, Chukwueze , Okafor, Loftus etc they will have money for Gimenez and it will be a very smart move, because in the summer the price is 60M€ if he continues his scoring run and there will be bigger competition by the desperate clubs with cash.

Gimenez certainly wil add something different to them. But as being said; his leaps in form are kinda worrying imo.

Also I don’t think Feyenoord will sell during the winter. So it’s purely hypothetical.

Yeah. Smart would be to sell in the summer . More visibility in the current Champions. With bidding wars everything is higher.

They are 9pts behind of Ajax from the UCL spot ( 2 given in Eredivise) so naturally you would need your best striker both in the league and UCL. You will get your money either way.

OFFICIAL: Pierluigi Gollini has joined Roma on a permanent transfer from Atalanta. 2nd keeper

EDIT:

Fabrizio Romano: United have now increased their offer for Dorgu beyond the €30m mark, but it remains to be seen whether that bid is enough to appease those in Lecce.

UPDATE:

According to reports from transfer expert Matteo Moretto, that offer stands at €34m, which Lecce are inclined to reject again.

Lecce are now adamant that a fee in the region of €38m-€40m is still reasonable for the versatile 20-year-old.

Why are you so sure of this? Kyle Walker is 34 years old, he turns 35 before next season. Especially for a fullback, he's fucking ancient. It was just some 20 months ago he could single-handedly shutdown Vinicius Jr. in a Champions League semifinal, now the guy looks cooked. Italy might be a slower paced league than the Premier League, but he's definitely not a long-term piece of the puzzle. If our idea of fixing a gaping hole in our right side had been bringing in a 34-year-old on anything other than a dry loan, we'd be losing our minds about it.

There's no proof in the pudding here. So far, Milan's gone from a 2nd-placed team a year ago to currently in 8th-place this year. Likely below their finishing spot but they only have one realistic road to next year's CL, and that's a fourth place finish. They weren't expected to be a top Scudetto contender maybe but they were expected to at least still be in the race before 2024 ended, and they failed there dramatically. You're listing four people as "useless bums", which is probably more useless bums than we have that we lament having bloating our squad. (Besides, RLC was a god-send for them last year with his goal scoring, Jovic also delivered quite a few goals as a late sub. How quickly they've drifted from useful to useless.)

To say nothing about how I'd have no confidence in the way the club is run. Cardinale legitimately has zero fucking clue what he's doing, he doesn't understand one thing about Italian football culture or especially the culture and expectations of Milan as a club. Good news for us obviously but nothing that is leaving Rossoneri remotely satisfied with his ownership.

And maybe I'm just a hater on this one, but I'm not convinced Conceição is going to be the savior of anything. Dude has an enormous temper and ego. There's no way he was stuck managing in Portugal until he was 50 if he was a next big thing who big clubs were sure could succeed at that level.
