Milan will be in a dogfight with Roma, Napoli, Atalanta for a CL spot. Roma look much stronger, Napoli have Conte and Buongiorno is a massive upgrade for them at CB and Atalanta are coming off a fantastic season with a mostly unchanged squad though losing Koopmeiners would be tough for them.

I see a Milan side in limbo right now tbh

Not sure what you're talking about. AC Milan just smoked the Champions League holders and Spanish champions. Before that they also put City to the sword.

Milan have a lot of young players. Maybe they are going to be better? They are a big unknown.

Milan has same a problem like Inter tho. They don't trust their own youngsters. Milan even has sold their prince, Maldini jr, to Monza. Maybe their couple of youngsters, Camarda and co would be next person in their transfer list.

Milan strategy are just following their coach, Fonseca formation and tactics, I think.

Pavlovic to Milan is shit for us. He will instantly become their best CB.

People say the same thing about Roma every freaking season and they rarely ever deliver anywhere near those expectations.

Milan are by far the biggest candidate for top 3-4 followed by Napoli. Atalanta loosing one of their key players is going to cost, so unless one of the expected top 4 find a way to choke in epic manners, it honestly doesn’t seem all that likely they are going to find a way into top 4.

I’m rather convinced top 4 is Inter, Juve, Milan and Napoli. Atalanta & Roma are at best dark horses.

I honestly don’t have much fate in Lazio, Bologna & Fiorentina for other then top 6-9.

Sky Sport Italia claim that Mario Hermoso has rejected Bologna`s proposal and said he wanted to continue waiting to see what other offers came in.

While Napoli have added some interesting players, I reckon they will have a difficult transition season under Conte. This is a squad that can only play 4-3-3 to any effect - and even that was limited for much of last season - and I doubt Conte will want to coach them in this formation. Will be interesting to see how free-spirits like Kvaratskhelia and Osimhen adapt to the worker drone roles that the new manager will expect of them.

Yes, they played 3-4-3/3-4-2-1 in a recent friendly, as was expected.

They did well by patching the defence first, their wingbacks and winger will be crucial. On paper, it doesn't appear to be a threat yet, at least in my opinion.

It remains to be seen how they will gel, and it will be quite distinctive from the 3-5-2 Conte used with us, but perhaps they can play with the same grinta.
Still, it's Conte without European fixtures. Playing once a week could help to keep up with Conte's well-known intense training.

Their season will begin in 10 days with Coppa games and continue with relatively easy serie A matches, which can help them gather momentum, but we may see some ugly 1-0 wins along the way.

Both Fiorentina and Genoa have held talks with free agent David De Gea, but his salary demands – even with a massive cut from his Manchester United wage – make a deal unlikely
The goalkeeper turns 34 in November and is available after his contract with the Premier League side was allowed to run down.

There were reports of negotiations with Genoa that reached an advanced stage a few days ago, while now Sportitalia maintain Fiorentina are speaking to his representatives to work out personal terms.

De Gea pricing himself out in Serie A

However, TEAMtalk insist that both Serie A clubs consider his wage demands to be unrealistic and unacceptable.

It is believed that De Gea is looking for around €5-6m per season, which is a good three or four times less than what he was earning at Manchester United, but still an extraordinary amount for a player of his age and recent injury record.

It all points to the Spaniard probably taking the next step in his career in the Saudi Pro League rather than Serie A.
He took a sabbatical and now wants 5M 😅

The expectation is also just top 4, which should be more than durable considering the quality of the other teams that share the same goal.

Rugani is heading towards Ajax and it will be a dry loan, so there is no option to buy at the end of the season.

The centre-back turned 30 earlier this week and recently signed a new contract with Juventus to June 2026. 😅

EDIT:
SportItalia transfer expert Pedulla reports, talks between the Swiss international and Real Betis have fallen through. The same has been the case in negotiations with Saudi clubs!
Ricky Rodriguez danger didn`t go away!

🚨 Atalanta has REJECTED an offer of €45M from Juventus for Teun Koopmeiners 🇳🇱 ! ❌

Juve are expected to make an improved bid in the coming days. ⏳

Good guys Atalanta. Juve is the only club that really has the money to actually buy Koopmeiners.

It would be sweet if Juve don't get Adeyemi and Koopmeiners. There is still 1 month to hope.
