It was obvious that Netherland were already tired and by conceding so much setpieces, Mexico let Netherland caught the breath. And thanks 464946th corner, Sneijder got excellent chance to shot. And Mexico themselves should realize that Netherland always have aerial adventage against them.

So it happens once again, Germany, Argentina and now Netherlands. I don't know if that was a penalty or a dive but Mexico made the mistake of parking the bus instead of trying to control the ball more. You can't leave a team like Netherlands any chances and we did. This sucks but it is what it is, I'm still proud of the team but those mistakes can't be made at this level.

Agreed, they made the same mistake against Croatia. Honestly I was surprised how good we defended set pieces, one of our weakest points. One little mistake of leaving Sneijder alone and costs us the game.
