There is always a good level of competitiveness between these two countries in any sport but Les Bleus are too strong for a very tepid Nati team

This match is on ESPN @3:00pm EDST, in the US. Interested to see if France puts into a higher gear, but Switzerland can be tough to break down.

Big rivalry between the two countries eventhough France is much stronger with a decorated history in football. Nevertheless, records go out the window when they play

Le Nati's biggest weakness continues to be their inability to score, poor end product - yes Seferovic, I am looking at you!

Les Bleus continue to disappoint for me, despite being the WC holders and enjoying probably the best depth of talent compared to any NT. They are largely criticized for being too defensive and resorting to counterattack football rather than exploiting the talent at their disposal to play attractive football

Switzerland have not been great in defense, particularly with Schar having had a nightmare tournament thus far in central defense. Danger man for me still is Embolo but France will be tough to break down even with Xhaka & Shaqiri - plus the Suisse have struggled to really create much width opting for Breel playing in the hole behind Sefervoic. Mbabu likely over Vidmer to put strength & speed against Mbappe

I see the French obviously as strong favorites but I know the Swiss have it in them to beat anyone if things are clicking. Nevertheless, I hope to sing Le Coq est mort tonight

Hop Suisse!

Rivalry? This isn't a chocolate factory competition :D
Switzerland is rather insignificant here. Good luck I suppose. Will be close until France scores imo, then it may look easier than it actually was.

Deschamps sitting on the bench with an arrogant attitude is so typical French. Stand up ffs. I cant believe why the idiot wants to play with shit head Lenglet rather than Laporte. Good for Spain.

Forza Nati.

Why Rodriguez of all players. Never let a Bilan disaster take your penalties
