For the most part I am. Getting through a group where only 5 people on this forum "voted" for them to advance... and I wasn't one of them. Klinnsmann has his work cut out for him and I think the younger players up and coming will be well-prepared for the future.

They played with heart in the entire game man, that was obvious... Belgium probably attacked more but USA defended very well and also has been impressive in overall in this World Cup and gotta give them credit about this. If only that guy would score that amazing chance in the late mins of the regular time... that's only IF... well hell fans of USA must be proud of their team!

Either way, amazing win. Hard 120 mins, but what a game. Monstereous efforts and a godmode Howard. He saved 16 shots. Most on a WC since 50 years, kudos for his performance.

Well USA could've won in the last 30 seconds of regular time when that absurd missed goal happened...
Then they went 2 goals under in extra and I thought they're done mentally and physically, but shit was I wrong! Belgium was only able to score because Lukaku was fresh against a very tired defense (played the full 90 under attack). I don't agree that most brush it off as a deserved win; that US team I saw, especially after going down 2-0, deserved to go to penalties.
