At Inter meritocracy exists until we're talking about God Lukaku, then everything is about how we should spend 20M for one year of him because he is so good, how we should give him the highest wages because he is so good, how even if he sh*ts the bed against Serie B level teams, we need to keep playing him.
At the expense of players who have been fighting hard all the first half of the season keeping the team afloat and earning the qualification in UCL.

I actually thought of this issue also that how the rest of the team will feel.
