How is he poor? He's covering his spaces well, barely lost any balls other than the one few minutes ago, made some nice forward passes. He's playing a position in which he's not used to and sitting deep won't exactly help him "showcase" his skills. Now you tell me if it's normal for Barella to sit this deep the whole match?

I don't know what you're talking about. He's been quite vulnerable, which isn't completely his fault. Roma has dominated us in midfield, by far, except since of the goal which made them lose some balance and organisation.

I'm not even talking about Barella's skills. Just the tactical aspect. Him being poor isn't a tragic thing, because he was doing good while Hakan was still in pitch.
