Palacio to me was one of the best forwards in the world talent wsie, his movement, technique and speed were all first class, i always liked him since his time with Boca [i used to watch them way back]. Issue was he was never consistent with his scoring and he would always find ways to score great tough goals but miss complete sitters. I think he should have been played more as a wing forward / second striker, would have suited him better.

He was always a humble player, not surprised he didnt celebrate, would have actually liked him to retire with us or stay on as a sub.

Should have added to my post that being injury prone as well affected his consistency

I will always remember the Derby back heel for one reason, as I was watching it and getting updates from my friend (watched it on TV) and on here, I get told of a fantastic goal. Now since my stream is lagging behind so much I haven't seen the goal yet. Final whistle blows for everyone and I still haven't seen the goal.
