He dodged a few bullets in his interviews today. I like how he conducting himself this year unlike in years past.

He seems to be taking nothing for granted. Does not accept compliments when there is work still to be done. But most importantly he is keeping both his and his player's mouths shut when it comes to anything to do with trouble, not that there has been much of it this season.

Experience, that what it is.

Plus he also knew at the start of the season, he had no excuses or alibis this time around. For the first time at Inter I've seen great stubborness and determination:proud:

Everyone seems to be loving the idea of that chelsea coach and there is no denial he could be a success, thanks to his History. But he comes, with the ambition of changing players, getting some of his players or buying new ones and causing one hell of rawkus, jus when it took us 10 years to get over that mistake.

With Mancini, even if not the best tactically, he is learning his trade and built a team, that even VIEIRA says has the most competative training sessions hes ever had.

Mancini over any coach anyday if mancini can win this scudetto and continue to grow. If not, jus like any previous story, he should be changed.

The fact is that we've failed whenever pressure was on the two last seasons in CL. And putting Milan and juBe's cheating aside, we haven't been anywhere near them the two last seasons either in Serie A.

We simply had to Serie A this year, and we did, because our team is the strongest. But if we fail yet again in CL, it tells me that Mancini has taken Inter as long as possible. I want to see success in CL, because that is where one can measure one's strengths.
Let's take Benitez for example,he has success with Liverpool in champions league, but in Premier he lack of success,Liverpool this 2 years finished 3 or 4.In champions league he plays very defensive football,2 or 3 chances and he will win(like barcelona game).Mancini style is attacking and in champion league you have to be more careful(not to conside goal is most important). But I'm confident that Mancini will motivate our players and pick right team for valencia(despite injuries) and that Inter will go to next round.
I want Mancini to stay.Changes that other Coach will bring will ruined this Inter, most of the players know each other very well and play together for some time and this shouldn't change.Inter is changing something in a good way(NOT CHANGING),not like before when every year or even less coach was changed, inter need consistency.I think mancini is doing good job.

Well, there's really nothing to argue about anymore. Everything seems racked up. Let's just hope Mancini's Inter can develop further.

i dont c why we need Diarra. Agreed that we only have Dacourt as a backup to Viera and Cambi, but is such a high-profile signing like Diarra the solution?

Wont a 2-way midfielder be a better choice, or if u have to get a DM, a cheaper player?

Diarra wud definitely cost in excess of 15m.

It would be great if Lucho Gonzales joins Inter. Not Diarra.

Both Vieira and Dacourt are in their 30s. Inter need a new young world-class DM, and someone better than Diarra.

i wouldnt call lucho gonzalez WC yet, since hes only been playing in portugal with no real consistent intl exp.

id love diarra though, he had shown through his playing days at lyon that he was good enough

Assistant coach Sinisa Mihajlovic spoke on SkyItalia following Inter's comeback at Livorno as Roberto Mancini left immediately after the final whistle to arrive in Valencia in time for tonight's Liga clash with Celta Vigo.

Man Mancini is on his horse for this one. I like that he is determined to get to this match as soon as possible to scope the team out in person and get a feel for their current condition in all areas of the pitch.

Who knows maybe he got himself sent off so that he could catch the plane?

:D

Amazing that our coach is going to watch Valencia play. One more feather on his cap. Not for going, just the desire to win:proud:

Yep good idea, Mancio. Maybe now he won't put out a stupid lineup and will realize what Valencia's weaknesses are.

Hopefully Mancini picked up a few pointers based on the way Celta played. Supposedly they very pretty dominant for long periods against Valencia and by all accounts played a pretty decent game. The goal was against the run of play but that is what Valencia thrive on. Defensive errors on Tuesday could be extremely costly.

Hopefully mancini has realized what to do...play our normal formation and attack and hope for the best, defending IS NOT AN OPTION,especially as valencia suffer when they are under attack.

Mancini is an excellent manager I am happy with him and I am sure this group of players will continue to grow with him.
