Although to be honest, I won't remember Mancini as a winner if he quits at the end of the season.

Even though no one can take credit from us this season, without Juve, and with Milan in such a shambolic form, this win somehow feels half-empty.

Hand;)yo

This is the most absurd thing i have ever read on this forum.

I don't think that Mancini will leave this season, it's just not him.

To me, he is a winner, but to other people, he's not. So I think that he should prove them wrong, again.

Mancini will only leave for money, if he wants to prove himself as a coach Inter is the team to do it, plus we now have players that make our team one of the top teams in Europe so there would be no point for leaving if not for more economic benefits.

About the contract issue, I'm in favor of immediate renewal, I mean, we have done very well this season, with some good luck we will win the Scudetto soon. However there's Mancini's mind, he may not want to renew, and if this is so, then a world class coach is needed. If we do win the Scudetto then next year we will be a target through all season and we need a strong minded coach to deal with that.

If mancini will leave it will not be for the money, maybe he just wants to try out a new adventure,i see no problem at that, also if he leaves,i am 99.9999 percent sure murinho will replace him, which to me him aling mancini i rate as the best coaches right now so i would be happy either way.

Roberto Mancini: Happy in Milan.

Inter Milan boss Roberto Mancini has played down speculation he is a leading candidate to coach Chelsea if current manager Jose Mourinho leaves at the end of the season.

Inter won the 2005-06 Scudetto after Juventus were stripped and look a good bet to defend the title this term with Mancini having led the the club to a Serie A record 14 consecutive wins.

Mancini said on the club's official website: 'It's like if a good player who plays in a great team is wanted by another big club. It is satisfying because it means that I am doing a good job.

'I have never spoken to anyone and I certainly haven't said those comments,' Mancini added, when asked if he had expressed interest in leading the Blues.

'I cannot deny something that I haven't said.

'If the press comment on some quotes that I may have said two years ago, for example, that I would want to coach in England after my adventure with Inter finishes, it's a different story.'

Inter president Massimo Moratti said earlier this month he wanted Mancini to stay at the club for many years.

Mancini has not signed a contract extension - his current deal expires in 2008 - but he said: 'When things are going well, it's not good to make alterations.

'Are there grounds to continue with this project? I think so, there's no problem whatsoever.

'Will I be able to remain at Inter like, for example, Sir Alex Ferguson at Manchester United?

'I think this is very difficult in Italy... he (Ferguson) has been at Manchester for 20 years. For us, we would have to win practically always.

'In Italy, if you win for four or five straight years and then you fail in the sixth year to win something, things happen.'

He can talk all he want. I won't believe a word till inter.it or gazetta says mancini extends contract.

I still think he favors the stay and these headlines are from bollocks newspapers in England. Morratti recently made it seem like there was a verbal agreement between the two to get things sorted out. I just hope these guys know what they are doing and dont screw it up one way or another and throw three years of work down the drain.

I think as someone mentioned the other day him extending his contract depends on what (or how many if any) silverware(s) we have at the end of the season. He will negotiate a contract based on his achievement this season. Or perhaps just leave especially if Mourinho decides to do the same as I can see a straight swap between Mancini and the special one.

Despite being highly critical of Mancini in the past, he's done very well so far this season. It would suck to see him leave after we finally found a coach that should deliver, even if it's a weakened Serie A. The only consolation I'd get if Mancio left was if we got Mourinho in exchange. Anything less than the special one would be a drop-off in my mind.

Moggi: Inter Milan coach Mancini should join Chelsea

Former Juventus director general Luciano Moggi says Inter Milan coach Roberto Mancini should join Chelsea. Moggi said: "For Mancini, it is worth the example of Nils Liedholm, who won and then left.

"This year he will conquer the Scudetto, by dominating a weakened championship, but if I was he, I would go to Chelsea."

How can one man be in that situation and still be so desperate to get attention. If I were him I would keep my mouth shut and get my legal affairs in order. Man this guy needs a solid kick to the pants, maybe that will wake his retarded ass up.

* Looks like those pants are killing his crotch, or pleasuring it.
* WTF is that shirt.
* & why is it so tucked in.

With all due respect for Mancini and his ability to coach, but his statement yesterday need to be highlighted:

"It would be better to end the championship there. The first-placed team wins and then you restart when things can be done properly."

This makes me just ashamed. No way in hell, I'd accept winning ANOTHER Scudetto by default.
If he truly means this, then he's an idiot. It sickened me to say the least, and just adds to the conspiracy theories that Inter is fine with winning the Scudetto off the pitch.
