Not that I'm surprised, but why is a Lautaro thread not allowed in the Flamers paradise?

The Roberto Mancini thread was used to great effect to let off some steam. There is even a Who do you hate more - Ronaldo or Vieri thread. I just feel maybe the most grievous posts about Lautaro could be sent there?

Our general rule is to not have threads dedicated to active or former Inter players in Flamer's Paradise. That's why I moved Cuadrado's thread to the player section when we signed him.

There is one thing that is annoying me with this forum for years and I finally decide to ask about this...when I click for a NEW posts on some thread why is forum directing me to first page on that thread? It happens in like 90% of the cases. Instead of directing me to last post from my previous visit on that thread.

Didn't it update like last season so that if you haven't seen the new post, it goes directly to the first post you haven't seen?

Try to log out and log in again, or better, delete cache/history and login again, maybe it's just cookies issue.

When it comes time for the FIF oscars, there should be more buzz around it.

At least pin the topic or make a pop up once yoou log in to see that it is going on... Yesterday i stumbled completely by random chance. Its really a nice tradition, alongside "put your money where your mouth is", but both are kinda dying lately.

Point taken. I was thinking about it this morning. Next year I'm going to send out a mass DM to every forum member encouraging them to participate.

I think it shows people don't view other parts of the forums, which is a shame some great content, albeit I've never heard of this put your money where your mouth is!

We also have to think there was no oscars last year (ADRossi robbed me of gold there) haha.

X widget has been hit or miss for a while.
I was wondering if it'd be possible to add videos from streaming sites that could play directly inside posts, like goal highlights or any short video clips.
I'm also looking for the best way to upload those videos without worrying about copyright material takedown.

I'm not sure if this has already been installed in the forum, but perhaps this add-on could help with adding more media sites.

Can we do an overhaul of the whole Former Players section?

Have a meritocracy system in place and fix to have some votes after 12 months after departure so that sentiment doesn't cloud judgment for cases where it could be argued, for iconic players such as Zamorano, Simeone, Palacio etc, that haven't won much (on paper when it comes to the first two as they were robbed)

I don't have a huge desire to undertake a project like this, and let's be honest, it's going to be me who has to do it.

I've always like the straw poll nature of LGI because it captures the sentiment at a moment in time. I don't want to turn LGI into some sort of calculation. I always refuse to put Ronaldo in LGI out of respect to our forum founder.

With that being said, if there's an actual desire to do something about this from more than four forum members, the summer would be the time. We need content so you all don't get yourselves banned talking about politics during July and August.
