Always found them rather overrated.

And they never really made it work, making odd choices such as not using Radja (30 caps) that much but instead having Fellaini as a regular (85+ caps).

Top 10 nation in Europe and the world I suppose during the decade, but expecting them to win? Nah. I was expecting them to do something in Euro 2016 but after that Italy game I was convinced that they cannot do much without a lot of luck. Their style of play was not suitable for winning in these tournaments, similar to how England always did well in qualifiers but always sucked in the major scene.

Me and you would have that kind of percentage when you are playing inferior teams in qualifications for big tournaments. For me he was out of depth when it mattered in a games like tonight. And their trophy cabinet shows that, that's the only measure of success when you have a team like that.
