If no hazard and de bruyne, I can see Italy winning this one. Will cheillini be fit? He unfortunately always does well against big Rom. If chieliini is fit and those 2 belgium players aren't i think Italy win. Italy also have the stronger squad, Belgiums bench isn't great and they looked dead on their feet with 20 minutes to go last night.
