This might end up being a silver lining for the boys. Travel can take it out of you, and for where this club was last season I like the idea of them keeping it simple and getting good work in to ensure they start the season in great form.

It's crazy how the league starts at the 17th and Lautaro is coming back for training on the 8th of August. I would prefer not having him play at all during the 1st matches of Serie A rather than rushing his preparation

With every summer having some kind of international tournament either in NT or in club level now, its impossible for the most important players to get the right level of rest & fitness training
