Well, I meant advanced members for usergroup 'Super Nerazzurri Immortal', and there are a couple of guys that are part of this usergroup.

It's more than 10k posts not 15k, and we decided for that since we believe part of this usergroup are only senior members. Well there are senior members who don't post too much, but if we would enable making polls for all, then forum would became a mess with polls.

I've once suggested that idea before a quite while, but..

It still could be merged with other topics for an exclusive section in this forum. Something like "Polls, *topic* and *topic*". Something like that. I personally think a section like World Cup 2010 is not neccesary to stay on the main page anymore, since the event is as good as gone for months now. So it could be replaced with a more popular and interesting section.
