The question is - are we taking Fabbian back? I have a feeling a cheeky 20m bid will come in from Arsenal and he'll be gone.

Isn't he the same type of player as Fabbian? Kinda like both but as you said there's no need for them now.

If we sell Dumfries I would really like to see Inter try to get Mazraoui. There were already rumors last year that we were interested. He hasn't played much and Bayern gets an extra option with Stanisic. Is technically much better than Dumfries and can also keep going on the right side. Physically less than Dumfries, but luckily we play football and not UFC.

The only problem is his salary, I read somewhere that he earns around 7M. That can hardly be true, although I understand that he will stay at Bayern if you get that money.
In Germany they deal gross, like in Britain. Still quite expensive though.

Rovella for me could develop to a better Hakan's deputy that Asllani. He is good defensively as well.

Free and left footed CB, I'm surprised there's no rumours about him, he's our option.

Where have you been? There were rumours linking Valentini to Inter since ~January.

BTW he's not free. He will be free on 1st of January, not this summer.

Julian Alvarez is leaving City. Don't care to make sacrifice, jumping on the ship asap.

sadly they dont need Dumfries.

Maybe get him on loan? I dont think they'd want any of our players we would be willing to sacrifice. Would potentially be a great rotation player with Thuram.

I dont see what club needs him that has money. Other than the two beggars in us and Barca

He's leaving City to get more minutes and to be a sure starter. Would he start ahead of Thuram/Lautaro? I doubt it. At least I'm sure Inzaghi wouldn't guarantee him a start.

we switch players a lot. Lautaro is the starter and he can switch off every game with THuram and get 30-60m a game.

Again which team who can afford him will have him walk into the starting line up. I just dont see anyone even Napoli if they sell their main striker. Maybe Milan? but dont think they have the money.

As much as I love our duo, Alvarez deserves to start ahead of both Thuram and Lautaro, especially in Champions League. Yes he is more complete, as he could do both scoring and assisting.

But we dont have a realistic way to get him unless sacrificing one of the two though. 60m+ is the price.

Alvarez is leaving City but what would he be expecting in terms of Salary?

Only another top 6 EPL team, Barca/Real, PSG or Munich can afford him. If his is happy with 5M gross he would have plenty of opportunity here. Serie A, Copa, Champions League and CWC.

Between four players and in order of preference Lautaro, Thuram/Alvarez and Taremi that would be perfect. I'd still love a young kid to take the 5th spot

Julian Alvarez is star player which is not fit our wage budget for third striker, we need a striker who play from small club, have low transfer fee, which can reduced with our plusvalenza, then have low wage too. This is perfect for Gudmundsson guy.

Alvarez should go to either Milan or PSG, he would play there a lot

I'd take Alvarez over dropping 60 on the kid from Bologna. Any striker we Bring will be expensive. Alvarez is a statement of intent from management. Best striker available in the market for us.

we lost champions league 2x because we didnt have any options off the bench.

If next season it's Alvarez, Frattesi, Zielinkski as options think we would all feel much better. All 3 could be starters in any other team in the league and will fight for starting spots with hopefully some hunger youth players in Carboni(tho scraficing him for Alvarez would be ok), Allani, Bisseck, Zanotti and Esposito/Satriano would be a pretty decent bench.

I'm not so sure he is leaving.

Romano said: Man City want to keep Julián, talks with his camp will follow about that.

Ofc they want to keep him. Amazing and proven player.

The only chance for us reaching players at such high calibre is he wanna leave. Similar to Pavard.

Julian Alvarez was available for 20m before joining City but we looked the other way. Now, I don't know if we can even afford him. He's too good to sit on the City's bench.

The dickhead was always going to be on the bench behind Halaand.

If he reduces his salary then he can come to inter, otherwise, you are right and the opportunity has been lost.
