Paulo Dybala

Imagine you`re in Ausilio/Marotta`s shoes, would you offer Dybala a contract?

  • Yes - unlock defences and add value: creativity, individual brilliance, attacking outside the box

  • No - serious doubts about his fitness and contribution when it matters the most

I assume its because we're not ready to sign yet on the offer we've made Dybala, so Milan are playing on that risk/uncertainty from his side. It makes sense. Its not like Dybala is waiting to sign, as far as we know he's eager to, we're just not ready to commit yet

I dont understand.

Dybala is a free agent, he can choose his employer and if that is inter, then how does his agent's contract interfere. Arent they mutually exclusive from each other?

Inter offer "X"
Dybala accepts - that agents commission is taken from Dybala's share, and not one-off bonus on top of offer "X"

Also think @Puma premise is correct, the agent works for Dybala otherwise it is a conflict of interest and Dybala can sue his agent.

Note; I have no idea what the latest is, surrounding this transfer it seems to have died in the ass like a Hamster that used to be Mr Garrison's pet.
As Stefan said, doesn't work like that at all. Specially with bigger players, these agents want to get their rake on top of everything. Free agents are definitely not free.

The whole agent system is just fucked up in current football ecosystem.

Have you guys read this shit for example: De Vrij getting screwed by his agency

There's 0.00000% chance that Dybala will accept a 4M net wage. Its gonna be 6M base and 1M bonuses / appearances.

Not how it usually works in football. The agent commission is on top of what dybala wants.
Raiola got something like €40 mil on top of the €100 mil man utd paid for pogba.

These agents a pissing in the pockets of clubs and players.

Good luck to Dybala but Inter doesnt have enough to pay his salary and that of his agents too.

Agents in football work for themselves above all else. The clients are just a way for them to make money. This was the reason everyone hated Raiola. He ushered in the era of agents going into business for themselves. Moving players from club to club so he'd keep getting astronomical agent fees. The bigger contracts for his clients were just a side effect of that.

Tbh if we win the Scudetto, it's not idiotic at all. But that became like the requirement for Inzaghi now.

rube is pretty close getting Zaniolo and DiMaria, already have Vlahovic and Chiesa. You think Lukaku and Lautaro is enough for scudetto?Supported by Correa and walking corpse Dzeko?? My ass. Dybala is a must.

Let's not assume Chiesa is the same player post surgery.

I didn't say anything what I think.

I just said that signing Lukaku (and possibly ditching Dybala for that) means we want to go right back to the Scudetto race with a bang.

But signing Dybala is still very possible IMO, I'd say quite likely.

Zaniolo: ball hog and injury prone, Chiesa: another ball hog and injury prone. Let’s see them play first.
