Porto down to 10 men. They were the better team before that.

First half intensity is what I missed about European football. Glad that there's still refuge. That means there's also hope but I shouldn't fool myself.

Quite entertaining match until red card. Would Conceicao be good choice for us in future?

Just noticed today is the last matchday of Argentine league. Boca are leading the table with 51 points, along with Racing with 50 points.

Boca are playing Independiente, while Racing are playing River Plate.

Rooting for Racing here because of Milito and Lautaro. Hope some miracle happen and they lift the trophy :)

The fun part here is that Boca and River are fierce rivals, yet so are Racing and Independiente.

So River losing to Racing will be welcome but Independiente don't really want their main rivals to win so they'll probably be content to lose. But on the other hand, they can talk shit to Racing Club fans that they made them champions

Oh I didn't know about Racing and Independiente rivalry. In that case, really brave games by both River and Independiente. Now River fans can talk shit about passing the championship to Boca fans.

90th minute penalty save and 95th minute winner for River.
If the penalty went in, it'd be 2-1 for Racing. And championship.

10/10 wins and next week we have the big derby against the scum of the earth.

Slovenian crew is doing more than fine @IM21 @wera

Verbic is becoming more and more dangerous but still missing the production. I'm confident he'll step up especially since the ACL tear of our main scorer this season.

Cerin got a goal, so did Sporar. Till the opener, Verbic was the most dangerous player. All three started.

Never seen anything like this. We got a French kid in September, plays for the first time and within 10 minutes gets hurt as he ruptured his ACL. Three days later, Aitor, our MVP till then, was out briefly due to some muscle injuries and comes in as a sub. Within 3 minutes, he tears his ACL... Then our U19 squad plays in the Elite Youth League whatever it's called and we're having an easy night while one of the kids that regularly sits on the first team bench, you guessed it, ACL tear... Never seen a team have this kind of luck within 10 days. Even Roma takes longer to reach 3 ACL injuries...

Also, this was the first time in 18 years that away fans were allowed to travel. And travel we did. 17-18k away fans against the 2nd team of the table and a smashing win in a delightful evening.

Not sure how long this lasts but thank fuck for VAR in this corrupted league, Ivan Jovanovic and the fans for backing the team up.

hahaha why am I not surprised ?

because he's an another flop who hyped by British football press.

he was highly rated by people on FIF as well.....

Weekend cannot come soon enough.

Apart from Derby D'Italia and Derby della Capitale in Serie A on Sunday, we have:

Saturday
Werder Bremen vs Schalke [the "Ailton" derby for those who know/remember :D ]

Sunday
Chelsea vs Arsenal (North/West London derby)
Real Betis vs Sevilla (Derbi Sevillano)
Marseille vs Lyon (Choc des Olympiques)
Ajax vs PSV (De Topper)
Panathinaikos vs Olympiakos (Derby of Eternal enemies)

So practically all proper derbies are on Sunday and almost all of them clash with at least another except the London one which is early on...
Maybe we need a derby days thread for those who love this kind of action.

@brehme1989

what was going on in the Panathinaikos - Olympiacos match? Sporar 2 disallowed goals, penalty in 103rd minute and a bunch of yellows... surprised there was no red.

Ref was being a cunt and we somehow ended up with a VAR penalty that got the Greek gobbi whining and screaming. Fucking spoiled brats. Enjoyed it very much, much more than an easy win.

They're even saying that the ref was against them yet failed to give 6 yellow cards to Olympiakos players (2 possible reds), no penalty given to Sporar in the 65th minute. All because their stupid player elbowed our attacker in a zero risk attack where they were chasing the ball from a possible throw in....

We had a shit game and piled up a new injury to one of our best players. They had their best game. Our keeper Alberto Brignoli was on point.
Can't see how we lose this championship although AEK is also strong. If the game is played on the pitch at least, because the reds don't do it that way and they're trying to overthrow the football federation head by using government pressure.

@Il Drago can confirm their meltdown. I'm loving it :D

Karapapas was doing his gestures right in front of me. What a whale of a person he's become...

Everyone wanted to storm in
