Obafemi Akinwunmi "Oba" Martins

I believe I was, and still am, one of the biggest Martins supporters in this forum. However, despite my affections towards Oba, I don't think a move back to Inter would be beneficial to both parties. Inter has settled well with this stiker combinations of Adri, Ibra, Crespo, Cruz and, well, Recoba. To get Martins back would be taking a step backwards.

I still think that Martins is a very good and underestimated player. However, you don't change something that's not broken. Our forwards have been scoring regularly this season and it would be a shame to break them up.

I wish Martins all the best in his Newcastle career.

Most interisti are way too emotional and some just used to moan regardless. So just ignore them... Its a pleasure to see him doing well up north. Good for you guys and your passionate supporters.

No, I don't think that's the case . Martins was a very passionate Inter player, all Inter fans loved him regardless how badly he performed. It's just that some of us want to see him succeed in an Inter shirt once again.

Wow what a great 1st goal by Martins, he creates himself so much more space and freedom in the EPL which allows him to score these goals. Han, I think even if we would've kept Martins this season he wouldn't have scored more than 10 goals nevermind 16.
