Though he did lose his nerves a bit in the end vs Viola. He got in their box and couldn't control the ball. If he was composed I think he could've scored there.

Indeed he has been on fire lately, but I still think he lacks consistency at the highest level. IMO best midfielder of the league should be able to outperform the rest of his teammates when it comes to stepping up when the tough goes. He's known as a player full of grinta, but I haven't seen that vs Milan for example.

He's a fantastic player, but he needs to realize that consistency is key for a team who wants to be a champion. He has far more quality than Tonali, but the latter one managed to outperform him in the derby and that's pretty annoying. Like I said, the toughest schedule is just ahead of us, and I want our players to prove that we do have what it takes to challenge for the top.

Either way, I truly appreciate Barella's contributions so far, but he can better.

Yea, he only scored against sampdoria, cremonese. Not against Barca whom you thought was gonna make inter their bitch. His G+A have improved every single year and he's been playing much better and more composed this season but as I said yall hater will always hate.

He's keeping it up in every game, which is pleasent to see. He has already impressive numbers this season and it can only get better considering that our team seems to get the shit together after a horrible beginning of the season.

Fantastic goal though. His finishing is improving lately.
