Brilliant, it will be a modern stadio no doubt, I just hope we build it superfast... The sooner we move there, the better our finances will look.

But just if Moratti pay it for his own. I can't see him paying over 300million euros for a stadium and otherwise our outstanding depts will crease so high that we have to play 10seasons till they are balanced(just the costs of the stadium + hold our current squad level).
A new stadium will be good for us but just if Moratti decides to pay the most part of it - otherwise we have to sell first:boogy::lol:

Edit: And not that you all think i am just an idiot: i know that an own stadium will bring us around 100million extra money, but i don't know if we are able to make some investments when our depts will be around 600million euros, especially with financial fairplay coming, maybe some of you can tell me about it ;)

1) Inter (Moratti) won't pay the entire amount,it will be diveded between sponsor-banks-Moratti and state incentives (according to the new rule for the stadiums that will came out soon hopefully))
2) The Financial Fair Play doesn't count the money to build new stadiums on the balances,so there are no problems for that kind of rule.

Our debts are 600m Euros? We have no debts, all of it is MM's money and I dont think he's asking the club to give it back.

We can easily takea loan to build the stadium, considering the fact that returns are as good as guaranteed. The stadium will pay off for itself and still leave a little money for the club, if I'm not mistaken.... Also, you arent factoring the rent we will save...

Building a new stadium would increase our debts to that high number. And that is the question, doesn't we have debts cause Moratti has paid them or - what i think - does he stands there as a "backup" to save us from the bankruptcy?
I really don't know it for sure and in Germany there are sources who says that we (the club) already have huge debts

http://www.netzathleten.de/Nachrich...ihre-Millionen-Schulden/6004754571357639880/a
whereby it seems that it has been reduced on 200million euros.

Loan = debts. Moreover, the interest rate would be pretty high. I didn't mentioned the current rent of the San Siro cause i just want to show the short-term-development.

But like I said, I just wanted to know if this is possible due to Financial Fairplay and you guys show me it is. :) That an own stadium would be a really good thing for the future is absolutely clear and doesn't have to be discussed here

I really like the Allianz design and architecture,it's definitely one of the best in Europe. I think that our models should be this,Old Trafford,Emirates Stadium and Amsterdam Arena.

Allianz Arena looks just perfect for me.

financial fair play has nothing to do with DEBTS....it has to do with annual/biennial LOSSES

hope you understand the difference (to save me time :p) and see why the REVENUE from a new stadium is a necessity to ensure that we are not LOSING money year-over-year

Yea of course i understand that, the only thing i wasn't quite sure about was if debts are important for it, too.
so you don't need to explain it to me cause know i am omniscient again ;) :p

About the new stadium, and all the stories that came up lately...

The first thing I asked myself, when I was reading them was "what's different this time, to what I've read a year ago, or 2 years ago" ?

I don't think there is other answer than "nothing". I don't want to be pessimist, I just don't want to get my hopes up, cause we're reading about new stadium for years now.

Last year or something, Paolilo or someone was very direct, after the council of Milan decided not to help us. Seems nothing changed now.

In the end, it's the same thing that was. We could take some story fromo 2008, put a 2011 stamp on it, and would not be any different.

Hopefully this time it's different, but I need something a lot better than this, to start take it seriously.
