Our current coach is not a winner, and I believe none of our players have a strong winning mentality. There is no player in locker room who can fire up our players.

For success, the mindset has to change first. Then we can talk about the rest.
Pioli is not a winner as well, but he somehow can insert a positive mentality in his team. This was visible even during his time at Inter.
But I'm agree that mindset should be changed. These players heed some fighting spirit, not just to shit their pants when someone puts some pressure on them.

Defense is an absolute mess right now. Our wingbacks add nothing either. More and more, it’s clearly evident how important Perisic was.
+1. Inzaghi needs to QUICKLY sort out the defence and how he will make the most out of Gosens.

Subs came too late AGAIN, at 3-1. Painful to watch how shit De Vrij became and how good Tonali is... and the club went for fucking Vidal :palm:

Lukaku was not here last season but at least the players knew what to do. It seems that they have completely forgot what Conte taught them by now. #Regression.

This makes me wonder what did Limone do with them during pre-season training?! :chan:

Squad is not even well prepared for this year, let alone January!

This happens when you literally give top talent to your bitter rivals while you get old washed up trash. Yep, he was useful for one scudetto, but Tonali will be crucial for many many scudettos to come. They gonna get that second star very soon, not us. Thanks Suning for listening idiot coaches we have.

- Milan has two stars in Leao and Maignan;

- Handanovic is not capable of bailing out the defence like Maignan is currently doing;

- Milan scored two avoidable goals, one from misplaced pass, which wasn’t off by much. Brozo needed to make the choice either to try to get the ball or stay back to cover and foul Tonali. Hard to know in real time.

- Milan’s second goal is about the Inter players lack of aggression. Barella and the back three were so casual- doing the body movements but not caring to actually retrieve or intercept the ball.

Everyone knows it's Zlatan who is doing the motivation job in their locker room. Had they not signed him, they would probably still be struggling to make it to the CL and have changed several managers including Rangnick along the way.

I'm not sure that Zlatan is the only reason. When Pioli came here, we immediately started playing better, and we crashed when chances for 3rd spot faded. I'm pretty sure, that if the target was 4th place, he would have achieved it.

Well, he came to replace De Boer who players had communication problems with. Of course, improvements would follow. We were winning the small teams but failed to win any of the big ones. Kudos to his ability to inspire that bunch of spoiled brats to fight for the CL spot. In fact, I agree with you in the sense that if we hired him right from the start of the season, we would probably have made it to the CL. But the problem is, he failed to motivate the team to fight further after we failed to win against Torino despite having matches to play in excess. Maybe he played the "good cop" role for too long, perhaps should have switched to the bad cop role on time. I guess that bad cop role is now on Zlatan ;)

It doesn't matter anymore, Pioli is proven, scudetto wining coach. Inzaghi is not.

Is Mourinho the last non-Italian manager to win a Scudetto? Allegri, Conte, Sarri, and Pioli since?

I disagree..
are winners born winners? No
You become a winner by winning a scudetto which is what Pioli did. Probably another one soon too
Insertig a positive / winning mentality is what winner do. The disrespect to rivals is annoying sometimes
If anything inzaghi is the only loser here
