No offence to Diavolo or Wittman, but again, absolutely astounded that the Milanisti are celebrating over this deal because they think they've screwed us over. Or, have the possibility to do that in the Derby.

To be honest, even if Ronaldo wins the Derby for Milan, it doesn't change much. A Milan Derby loss would completely overshadow any further burden on who won it for Milan. It could be Shevchenko or Kaka or Ronaldo or Dida, whoever scores for Milan, it's gonna hurt and it's not gonna differ much.

Besides, the bad blood with Ronaldo was so much 4 1/2 years ago that there can't possibly anymore this time.

It's like, a dear ex-wife left you for a bastard after you treat her from cancer for 2 1/2 years but now she's marrying your rival, who's a 50 year old jobless bump while you are married happily to a supermodel. Man, who gives a d@mn anymore.

None taken, Han, though it's pretty clear not all of us are ecstatic about the transfer, specially now when it seems that Oliveira will go the other way..Optimistic as I usually am, what else is left for me than to look for positive things and to hope this is going to be a good deal afterall?

Also, you cannot deny Inter fans are unphased by this move, this thread pretty much proves it..Traitor or however he's called, is never like the other usual player, so him scoring in the derby and providing us a victory or just improve our play generally, would definitely be considered as another blow from a former star player..

Of course, things are now different than they used to be in the past seasons, Inter is not threatened by Milan anymore, but still you can't seriously say to me that you wouldn't care if Ronaldo succeds in rediscovering his good form with your rival, could you? At least, I couldn't..

You all know my admiration for Ronaldo, and how he was my idol when I was a kid, and attracted me to Inter and so on..

I never really blamed him for leaving us in the summer of 2002., because there were just to many curcumstances that preveiled his decision to join Real.. (Cuper, desire to win, etc.)

All I wanted since then, is his comeback.. I didn't really care if we were going to pay 100 million € for him, or give Martins+Adriano.. (well okay, actually I didn't want us to get rid of Adri).. But that just shows my desire to see Ronnie win scudetto with Inter shirt..

Now, you have removed this thread from "Le grande" to "Former IP", which is totally unaccaptable by me.. Ronaldo was at Inter for 5 years.. We all know that he didn't play about 2 season, but when he did, he was the best player in the world..
He was the best player that EVER played for Inter, and it doesn't matter if he played 1 or 5 seasons, or if he won 5 scudettos or nothing..
All I'm saying is that if Roberto Baggio (who also played for Juve, Milan, and only 2 seasons for Inter (correct me if I'm wrong)) thread is in "Le Grande", then Ronaldo surely belongs to "Le Grande Inter"..

5 years from today, if someone asks me to name top 10 players who ever played football, no.1 I'd still say Ronaldo..

I don't have any feelings towards his transfer to Milan.. Actually I'm excited to see him in derby, and I hope we smash them big time!!
And I can't wait for Curva Nord transparent and songs of hate towards Ronaldo..
He deserves it!!

And later, we will celebrate another scudetto and win over BBilan and R9 Ronaldo..

Baggio is still loved by Juventini, Milanisti and Interisti (as far as I know). Baggio is an Italian hero.

On the other hand, Ronaldo is hated by Interisti, some Milanisti and a big number of Real Madrid fans.
