If it was up to me I would play the following formation against Lecce:

Maicon.....................Lucio.................Samuel...........................Nagatomo
..........................................Cambiasso.................................................
...............Zanetti....................Poli.........................Alvarez......................
............................Snejeider................................................................
........................................................Milito...........................................
As usual Maicon and Naga can bomb the wings but only with Balance. If one goes forward the other can tuck in with Cambiasso to cover the spaces. Samuel, Lucio and Cambiasso are a rock in tying up the centre defensive channels. Zanetti can be a boss defensively in the midfield but also make some runs forward. If not put him into the defense in place of Naga and maybe play Obi or Faraoni.
Id give Poli a chance to run the show and only because Motta's future is not decided which I think could affect him. At the same time I think this is the perfect chance to look at life after Motta. Alvarez pushes forward and links with Senjeider and Vice Versa. Milito to play right on the last defender getting through balls or holding the ball up depending on the situation.
There is no reason why this wont work with the players we have at the moment. All we have to do is not leave too much space between the lines moving forward or defending.
I predict we will win 3-0 in this game.

10 years of FIFI want to see Zanetti there and Ricky, Poli or Obi in midfield. Don't get me wrong, Zanetti has impressed me this season as a RM with his runs and defensive skills, but we just need someone more attack minded.
