The firendship between the two curvas is not off. The fans can be friends but the clubs and especially the teams on the pitch look after their own interest. Yes, there was 5-5-2002(for f**k's sake will you people stop invoking that day!!!!!!!!!!!!) but there was also the UEFA cup final 1998 and Dalmat's goal in 2001 which cost us lo Scudetto that eventually went to Roma so it goes both ways.

Lazio also has black players that are first team regulars: Liverani, Dabo, Cesar and there is also Mafredini. Liverani's problems were due to his past as a Roma fan and nothing more.

Laziali seem to have an intense hated towards Inter now. I don't know how it is in Italy between the two Curva Nords, but on the internet, there's quite a bit of venom between the fans.... though it's mostly directed at Inter fans from Laziali. Though I guess that's not really a surprise.

It's not suprising really considering we poached nearly their whole team the last season including their coach. Who wouldn't feel pissed.

i still have a bitter taste in my mouth from that scudetto lost that day i remeber watching that game on TV the stadium was full of inter fans they were everywere it never looked like Lazio was the home team 2-0 at half time i thought for sure it was won and then they unthinkable and the unimaginable happend that day will never die or go away and it still haunts me to this day

Excatly. What happens on football pitch doesn't usually have that much impact on relationships betwee ultras. That's the case because ultras are a bit more than football loving people. They have their own rules, habits and all hence they certainly can't be compared to people who are "just" football fans (tifosi in Italian). Lazio fans here on the web, for example, may dislike Inter but I guess nobody cares about that in two Curva Nord and therefore Gemellagio between Curva Nord of Milano and Irriducibili Lazio are alive.

By the way, It's true that both Inter and Lazio have ultras who are politically from far right but I believe the friendship between Inter and Lazio ultras is not merely a political alliance anyway.
