I know it's him but that was so easy to score that you gotta wonder how anyone, even Lautaro manages to miss it.

Absolutely. Scoring first in an away game in KO stage can make a huge difference.

It was simply too far to reach for a proper hit. Ball bounced a bit right before the hit which made it sure it will be skied.

It was a good assist but Lautaro just wasn't ready for it, it simply went too far for his reach.

He is so good but you can't finish all the chances.

That's a 50-50 thing, you either hit and score or hit or miss. There's no skill involved there apart from getting yourself in a position to touch the ball; which Lautaro did. It's very close to pure luck to get that one in. Plus, there was a defender in front...

Gosens send the right ball through, Lautaro evaded the defender and reached the ball. After that, it's whatever it is. Unless you expect all of those to go in because it works whenever you press the button from your couch.
