Yea, my guess is Perisic still comes back from time to time to visit, so they got a chance to know each other.
I think I saw Perisic and Hakimi watched one of our game at least once some how? Like the same game.
It feels like a lot of players still connect with the other players even they left so..

Might be true, but why he didn't ask Brozovic instead?

Not to be mean (maybe a little bit), but Brozović looks like a deaf person.

read that Spurs want Asllani and Inter value him at 35M. Spurs would offer Drăgușin (who is currently not a starter).

De Vrij would have to leave for this and Inzaghi prefers Buongiorno...

Dragustin is nice, but it would be good to get some money on the top as well.

I hardly believe. Does Tottenham make same mistake as … buying Drasugin? Now the guy’s agent is complaining about his playing time, I don’t know what did they promise Dragusin but clearly they couldn’t give him starting role in near future.

Same with Asllani if he goes there. He couldn’t displace Bentancur, unless Tottenham wants to kick him out after that racist comment. Moreover he’s not suitable for Ange’s gung ho 2-5-3 style.

But if they spend big money, always welcome.

Dragusin is easily starter material for Spurs.
He was more used to playing with 3 at the back rather than 4 so for us he would actually fit quite well.
I dont see Asllani anywhere near 35-40 mil but then again we did not play him to his strenghts.

He had a good tournament... Perhaps their best player.

We should sell him. Waste of a talent.

Even if we sell him with a buy back option

People need to understand that it takes a certain level of experience and maturity to succeed properly as a regista. If you take a look behind, none of Hakan or Brozo were "suited" to that role while they were on their early 20s. It took time and adjustment for both of them, and here they are. I'm not saying that Asllani will be a great regista in the future, because football can take unpredictable events, but he's doing quite well given circumstances and expectations.

There's plenty of room for improvement, especially on his physical game, but that's something that can easily be improved. Most important is that he's a hard working player and he's humble as well.

Fully agree. But he must play to develop. Atm he isn’t up to play as a regista, so he won’t see a good amount of minutes there with us I’m afraid. He could be useful as a Mhiki or Bare sub, playing more minutes. But with Zielinski en Frattesi we’re kind of full there. That’s my biggest concern.

Loan him out and figure out the mezzala thing. Barella and Zielinski can stunt Calhanoglu when needed. Asllani needs to play as a starter to take the necessary steps.
This. He’s looking much better getting consistent starts. He needs to go out on loan this season for continuity and gain some confidence.
