Could also be that he's still recovering from an earlier injury. But Baggio played his whole career with no knees and still balled. If he's going to stand around and wait for the ball then he better do something special once he gets it.

About that work rate. It feels so weird swapping El Toro out for him. It's like we lose 1 player on the field without adding something.

I wouldn't say we don't add anything. When there's space he's really dangerous with his forward runs. But we indeed lose a lot in terms of work rate and that's why i prefer pairing him with Lautaro instead of Dzeko.

But he can't do his forward runs if the ball is not at his feet. He never uses the space infront for a deep run or anything like that. He is so frustrating to watch. And yes I also wouldn't want him and Dzeko at the same time on the field.

I guess he should never start games because he looks lost against a set defence. This should've been his 90 minutes and he blew it.
