Sebastian Sarno reports that Milan has almost chosen Paratici and is negotiating with him. Coaches choice : italian. Sarri, Allegri or Conte. Italiano might be targeted too, but maybe this time Bologna can hold their coach a little longer.

Monaco and Frankfurt DS declined the offer and wished to stay.

I think Paratici has plenty of question marks around him. The guy probably laughed at Marotta when Rube fired Beppe and gave him the spotlight and keys and was a disaster trying to be the main man. Rube`s failures only compounded year after year.

This is the perfect time to really back Inzaghi on the summer mercato and buy a proper bench. Milan and Juve are changing again, it takes a lot to build a scudetto worthy team, you cant just do it with money and while changing coaches all the time. There`s a good window out there to dominate and win few more scudetti and other trophies until they get things in order imo.

I wouldnt sign onto be a sporting director in Italy. You get peanuts to spend most summers and fan pressure is still really high. Paritici is a good hire and knows Italy well. I do think Milan could turn things around relatively quickly because they have a good squad but their ownership cares more about flashy signings than football signings. That'll be the issue. Until that changes Milan are a non factor outside of the games we play them in.

Jokes aside for a second, I think I'm starting to re-evaluate Pioli's spell at Milan after seeing Fonseca's and Conceicao's disasters. A Scudetto and a CL semi-final with that squad is honestly miraculous, even if they came about through some extremely fortunate circumstances.

On the other side, Inzaghi dunking on his bald head 6 times in a row is priceless and I hope to God he joins Juve. Hysterical assignment for the memes alone.
They had Giroud, Tonali, Diaz and Kessie. Totally different and stronger team than this joke today.

Paratici was a failure at Juventus and a failure at Spurs, I'd welcome him as Milan's sporting director.
This he basically only was good when combined with Marotta ever since marotta left his side he s been rather bad..

Mancini taking over Juve soon?

His whole team is ready, assistants, coaches.

Elkann hiring the coach who won 05-06 title with us while FC Moggi were sent to Serie B.

Absolutely lovely scenes! All juventini must be happy

Is that from the Feb 2020 Milan Derby? I was there for that one and that display made me laugh. Respek to the Milan Ultras.
Yeah I was there too. It made me chuckle
Fair play.

Easy to laugh about it in hindsight after turning a 0-2 at half time to a 4-2 at the final whistle.

I wouldn't like to see Mancio there.

Don't have any weird thoughts that he's our guy or whatever, but I feel it's going to taint his legacy.

But what are his other options?
The other option is to enjoy early retirement after getting 50M$ from Saudi.

Mancini might want to have a last chance in big club though, in any case new projects at Milan and Juve will be not enough for a scudetto. Its Conte vs Inzaghi, again imo.

Lets just give a good proper mercato to Inzaghi.

If you guys think Pep is a fraud, I don't see how Mancini wouldn't be considered a fraud either.

Inzaghi will spank Mancini's Juve up and down.

Mancini would represent much more of a reversion towards the Allegri style of play than anything Motta has tried to do. Not sure Mancini is hugely bold when it comes to trusting young players either, so that works well for us if Juventus have to perform a significant directional change again.

Him missing the World Cup and bolting for the Saudi gig already tainted it, in my eyes anyway. This would be the death knell.

I'm rather fond of Mancini because he's the first manager I remember. I'd actually hate to see him at Juve.

Yeah, but don't believe everything you read in this period. The media usually spew a lot of nonsense when there is no club football or no football going on.

Tudor is the rumored favorite to take over at Rube over Mancini imminently. What a disaster they are right now and I absolutely love it.

Tudor there would be absolutely hilarious. I give him 6 months as absolute max. He is actually good coach but that will not work there.

Oh I would absolutely love to see him there. Always highly overrated among Inter fans. Can't stand the guy. It's about the time that his reputation here and myth about him fall off.

Bad thing is he actually recently show some improvement in his coaching and they will probably improve with him.

They should immediately ask him how many titles Inter and Juventus have.
