Inter and Juve are playing really shitty but if we compare the banter they had with the teams they have now, there are big diffrences. At the end the squads are good and could play for the league honestly.
Inters defence was the best in the league some year ago, Barella and Brozo were considered (and still should be) 2 great midfielders, Lukaku and Lautaro were amazing...and even without Perisic Hakimi, Gosens and Dumfries should be a decent replacement at the end.
Juve has also a good team on paper, maybe only the defence should get 1-2 upgrades. But this is not the Juve of Amauri and Felipe Melo and its not the Inter of Guarin and Rocchi.. they are basically starting to play the same shit again, just with better players, which is not understable.
Serie a in general has become more competitive for sure but quality wise I still remember the pre-Calciopoli era. You can't compare it even with the latter half of that decade imo let alone with the former right now.

Honestly, if Milan had won yesterday I probably would have called the league done. We know Spalletti will implode in January (or March, the WC postpones everything by 2 months), we look like shit, Juve look worse, and Atalanta/Roma/Lazio don't have the depth to challenge.

I think the spread in the top teams has decreased, but that is primarily because the best teams have gotten worse imho.

Even Pioli won Serie A, there's no reason Spalletti can't do that. Napoli has a great transfer window and their squad depth is much better now. Best chance for Napoli to win Serie A in a while, they only have a decent Milan to compete with.

I think Brehme said it best, when the World cup ends, it's gonna be a different Serie A. Let's just hope Inter is sold before that, because if we miss on a top4 finish, we are done as a 'big club' for the unforseeable future.

Some suggested that Master Conte, even Lord Marotta, were Rube double agents. In fact, all this time my apprentice Allegri has been operating undetected. He has infiltrated and fully compromised Rubentus. It was my bidding that Rube lost those Champions League finals. Now, their fate is complete.
If you have seen the Infernal Affairs trilogy, you will get a general idea.

Inter are in a better place now than Milan were the last few years and they worked their way back up there painfully and gradually. Things are rarely as bad or as good as they immediately seem.

Great job I'd say, but meanwhile agent Limone is destroying us. You have to do something about it.

yeah but Milan really tried to find exciting new players, while we want 'proven' players

we lost so much money on shitheads that it's clearly embarresing where we are now

100%. 6 English teams, 3 Spanish teams, Bayern and PSG would moonwalk the Serie A this year. Heck even Ajax will have a chance

Agreed. Spallo will not have this opportunity again in his lifetime where almost everyone is shit.

Juve better not steal Bielsa before we make an offer
I wish Bielsa coaches rube so I can see pogba vomits everyday when he is instructed to run more than he ever done in his lifetime. And the ego clash among Bielsa, Nedved, and Agnelli will be a pure entertainment.

"Curva Nord gave an emphatic response to the hasty sentiment against the coach, however, and argue that the problems are much deeper and must be addressed by the entire team rather than scapegoating the coach.

“Because we’re always being pestered for a response from ‘social media fans’ who want some kind of revolution and to be backed up by someone else, presumably us, we speak up,” they write.

“When we take an overall view of the reality, the situation is much too complex for a simple and hasty ‘Inzaghi Out,'” they make their view clear.

“THE TIME FOR TOLERANCE IS OVER!” they continue. “The coach has certainly made mistakes, BUT there are NO EXCUSES for the players, who since time immemorial have always wallowed in these situations and put their egos before the group.”

“This is UNACCEPTABLE to us,” the Nord state. “And upon the return from the international break, there have to be changes.”

“Everyone must be confronted with their own responsibilities,” they add. “We all fight together, and we have to come out of this TOGETHER. Now we’re waiting.”
