Well this will likely be the last year we have any hope at all winning something. I'm afraid the new era of Juve dominance has arrived.

Yeah looks like it, their team is fucking star studded now. If Allegri can close the gap to Milan within a year remains to be seen though, I think Milan are going to get their second star.

De Ketelaere will be signed tomorrow. He can be a new Kaka for them honestly if trained right. He can always be big flop too, but his stats are still great in attack. Maldini is building an awesome squad, they don't need to sell their best players every year like we do , they can buy 1-2 perfect pieces to slot right in. Pioli has a scudetto, there's bigger expectations now too, but in the long run they will be stronger. The last run they had to close the scudetto over us in hard matches ( with big lucky situations in their favor), they have that experience . They have Kjaer back, Adli, Pobega, maybe Zichec, maybe DK from Brugge tomorrow.

In my view, Milan are still favorites. Then comes us, but if we sell Skriniar we would slot to CL contenders straight away. We will win jackshit if we sell him and replace him with Kims and Milenkovices .

No chance at Scudetto now with RuBes mercato.

We are pathetic… we were really close to be ahead of everyone…

I really like Milan's team a lot more than Juve's, but they will duke it out for Scudetto, while others will be -15 points at the minimum

Last year? That was last season my friend. This season no trophy for Inter. Maybe thats good, I dont want to see that little monkey Zhang posing with another coppa or any other trophy ever again. We need to fail big time, maybe fkn supporters then start riot against fkn owners. We need to get rid of these parasites, they gonna suck all blood from this club.

Rube will win this season, no doubt about it. After two bad seasons and this being their 100th year, there's no way they're going to let them not win. Bbilan will come 2nd because I doubt their disgusting luck and "luck" are gonna run out. I'm thinking Roma for 3rd place as they have Mourinho and they've strengthened with Dybala, although their reserves are weak.

We're going to fight it out for 4th place with Atalanta, Napoli and Lazio. Luckily for us the first two have weakened and the latter is a perennial joke. We might have to watch out for Fiorentina as a wildcard. I think if we're lucky Roma will falter and we end up in 3rd place, but of course we all know that historically luck is seldom on our side.

We are still stronger than Roma.

It's the same sentiment people made last year how we'd be fighting to death for 4th place. As long as we don't sell any big name, we'll be fighting for Scudetto and it's gonna be a close one.

Idk what you're talking about. We've reinforced plenty.

Gimme a break. Roma bring in injury prone Dybala and old ass Matic and they’re suddenly a 3rd place squad? As of this current moment, we still have a far superior squad in almost every department. If they bring in Aouar, Frattesi and a good CB, then it might be a different story.

Agree. Hope we dont sell Skriniar and other starters. Few backups and we'll be fine.

In this era purported "fiscal responsibility", the goal is to get a top 4 spot, anyything else is gravy. The return of Lukaku was throwing a bone to the fan base. The failure to sign Bremer, Dybala and the erosion of Skriniar's market price by PSG, displays clearly Inter's lack of money to spend and the desperation to find some. Now it appears a schism is developing between management and ownership, if "media" reports are to be believed. Pazza Inter, indeed.
So into the season we go, with a couple of promising young players while keeping the "core" players. Inter will have a chance to win the Scudetto but will need all the breaks and a couple of teams to stumble badly. The strategy for the future needs to be keeping some of our home grown talent i.e. Casadei and not sign older broken down players to long term deals until the financial situation vastly improves
