Ronaldo STILL to be highest scorer, even when Lukaku is gone. @4.5

This is much better, if you want to wait for a year.

Together with Rube title @8.0, but Im not sure you can pair these bets. Maybe

I don't think Juventus winning the league is much of a safe bet tbh. Allegri returning + Locatelli are two very important moves for them but I don't think they'll be as good as Allegri's last stint so soon.

I think Atalanta will be the most consistent team this season tbh. They lack squad depth but I think they could put in a serious title contention.

I think the second teams start parking the bus against Atalanta they'll fold. If anything Milan has the best chance, but I highly doubt it.

I think Atalanta and Milan will not reach the heights they did last season.

For a team like Atalanta, there is bound to be a slide in fortunes when your squad isn't the best and has been over performing for as long as they have.

Milan haven't strengthened from last season. Hakan is going to be missed. Giroud will be good, but not a big game changer.

I'd expect Napoli to be more consistent. And Roma will cause troubles to big teams, but not consistent against the smaller ones.

Do juve have a back up left back yet? And who are their centre backs with demiral gone, Chiellini, Bonucci and de ligt? All three have been injury prone. Do they have rugani back? Lol

I think there's a chance juve aren't good this season, but in typical allegri fashion I see them grinding out a lot of 1 goal wins.

I think Napoli will have a good season. Spalletti will get them playing well this season IMO. I could really see them challenging.

Milan my pick to miss top 4. Their squad is terrible for a team to compete in the league and UCL.

You should watch the full match Juve & Atalanta to see how immense Allegri have setup Juve defense, against the best attack in Serie A:

Or you don't have time, just check the highlight:

Only pre-season, but still. Atalanta attacked like crazy, but every chance to shoot was blocked, and all the surrounding teammates were perfectly marked by one-two players. Their only goal was from a penalty, a soft one from a chance which Pessina had been, again, blocked.

I cannot see how we can surpass this wall. Juve have too many difference-makers to sneak goals. And when they score first, park the bus, the match is gone. The Scudetto recipe.

Their backup lb will probably be Luca Pellegrini who was on loan at Cagliari last season or De Sciglio who returned from Lyon. And yeah. Rugani is back which is great for Juventus opponents. 😁

As things stand, this is how Juve are expected to look like:

Szeczny (or however he is called)
Cuadrado/Danilo -De Ligt/Rugani -Bonucci/Chiellini - Alex Sandro/De Sciglio
Bentancur/McKennie -Locatelli/Ramsey - Rabiot/Arthur
Chiesa/Kulusevski - Dybala/Morata -Ronaldo/Bernardeschi

As for Napoli, imo they certainly need a lb and a midfielder and perhaps a cb in order to challenge for the title and so far they have only signed Juan Jesus. But they will certainly be in top 4. For me the big mystery is going to be Milan. Giroud will be a reliable option when Ibra is unavailable but Maignan is a downgrade over Donnarumma and they have yet to replace Hakan and their options in rw remain unconvincing.

The gambling odds I'm seeing available online:

Juventus -130
Inter +400
Atalanta +600
Milan +1200

Everyone knows how this one is going to go.

The problem is our lack of depth. If any of our CBs get hurt our defense immediately becomes worse than theirs. D'Ambrosio and Kolarov were hardly playable at times last year.

Ya but they are in a similar situation I think. It is not like they have 6 crazy good CM's...they have 3-4 just like us. Same with their backs. If they stay healthy and we don't of course that is a major issue, but the same will happen to them if they get injuries and we don't.

The gap between Allegri and Inzaghi are big. If one of Conte or Lukaku still there, i believe the odds we won Scudetto are higher.

Oh I agree on that. I like our defense and midfield better, but their manager is better and their attack is miles better.

It says a lot when it's fairly obvious that Juve has by far the best team in Italy. And how this team still looks average compared to Chelsea/City/Barcelona (even the current one)/Bayern/..

Boys, you need to take always in considerations things we don't know.
What if one of the young guys from a team makes a great leap forward (Osimehn, Tonali etc) ?
How much and which from the grandpas will regress (Ibrahimovic, Ronaldo, Dzeko)?
Which team will be spared from injuries? If 2 teams are more or less equal, the healthier team usually win.

Yes, Allegri has way more pedigree than Inzaghi. No question! But somehow, I have the impression Allegri could be the first time in his career when he doesn't have a substantial advantge against the others.
At Milan in 2011 he had a good team, but equally important was the year when Inter started the Banter era with a bang.
At Juventus no discussion. His competitors were Roma and Napoli, two teams without much financial power to mount an expensive challange. Now Allegri may not have the same advantage. First time in his career.

Unless Conte comeback, we buy Lewandowski, or Alphonso Davies come to Inter, we almost certain only finish top 4.

I don't know why everybody still optimism about Scudetto this year. Atalanta retain their star player, Juventus upgrade their squad.

Conte leave and We sold Lukaku and Hakimi are very big minus, everybody know we already downgrad three department.

Calhanoglu, Dzeko, and Dumfries are not type players who bought to fight Scudetto.

Messi and Lewandowski are.
