actually Milan's fixture is more difficult than it looks. they will face teams who are struggling to stay away from relegation zone. Cagliari and Genoa would fight till the end. as for Torino, Bologna, and Empoli mathematicaly are not secure yet from relegation. so, Milan have tough schedule too.
Word. Despite their good record against top teams Milan have struggled against inferiors teams and those they'e going to face are fighting to avoid relegation. So indeed not as easy as it looks for them.

Milan are now favourites to win the League. They have the easiest schedule. Meanwhile our next 3 games are very tough. It will be a miracle to win them all
No they don't. They have torino a, lazio a, fiorentina h, hellas a, atalanta h and sas away. Hardly easy games.

Inter has Torino a, fiorentina h, juve a, hellas h, Roma h.

Last year there was also hype about milan winning Scudetto, but at the end they bottled it against low tier teams, and eventually they almost missed out on CL.

Being realistic they will not handle the pressure when we come near the end of the season. I can even see juve and Atalanta squeezing into top 4, and as I said earlier they will eventually fight to stay in CL spot. It's just feeling I have.

It all depends on Inter. They will lose many points yes, but if we continue losing points against teams like sassuolo and genoa, it will be hard

We just have to win all of the remaining games and we win the scudetto. Easy.

That may well be the case but what does that say about us?

We have had numerous chances to build a lead and have failed each time. We are not much better.

Yes it's our scudetto to lose and we've basically lost it over this 1 month period, however it's always been in the DNA of both Napoli and Spalletti to bottle.

And the chances for them to lose points are less when we don't put pressure on them.

Unfortunately the margin of error is very slim for us. If we want to win the damn thing we need to finish the season almost flawlessly. People look at all these random names in Milan’s lineup and see Pioli as their head coach and laugh at them, when in reality they somehow made it work. Imo us and them are on a nearly identical level at the moment. I don’t have much faith in Lazio and Atalanta tbh, Milan are 6-0 on aggregate vs Lazio so far this season and they also easily beat Atalanta in their last two encounters.

If we can get 3 wins out of our upcoming four games and are not considerably behind them when their supposedly difficult streak on MD 34 starts, we still have a chance, wether this is possible in our current form I can’t tell (I don’t put much stock into the Salernitana game tbh).

Anyway… Spalletti bottled his way out of the scudetto race for sure. I don’t even give Napoli a small underdog chance.

Juve are probably out too already, with 7 points behind the top of the table and 10 games remaining they’d have to win at least 9 of those imo. They’re undefeated for a while but it’s not like they’re comfortably crushing everyone left and right.

So yeah, it’s a two horse race imo and unfortunately the odds are stacked against us based on recent performances. Let’s hope for the best though, losing the league to Milan would be soul crushing.

Before winning it last year the same could be said about us yet we ended up winning. Things change

Empoli is such an obvious banana peel for Milan that I think they'll easily win. I think the likelihood is they'll drop points against Bologna, because it'd be too ironic for them to draw against the team we seemingly cannot manage to schedule a date for.

American fund interested in Napoli acquistion

An American fund is interested in buying Serie A side Napoli but Aurelio de Laurentiis is yet to make up his mind about the future of the club.

La Gazzetta dello Sport claim that Napoli could soon receive purchase requests from other entities interested in taking over the company. Among the funds, Sixth Street would be ready to seriously evaluate the purchase of the Partenopei, through one of its funds and their aim is to construct a new stadium for the club.
De Laurentiis, for his part, has not yet decided whether to sell and evaluate the company at least €700 million, because even if he does not own real estate, the potential of the Napoli brand remains high.

The president, beyond the qualification in the Champions League, must evaluate well what he will want to do with the club which he took over from bankruptcy in the summer of 2004 for €31 million and led them from Serie C to having a constant presence in European football. Among other things, the De Laurentiis family by the summer of 2024, to comply with federal rules, will have to decide whether to sell Napoli or Bari.

Nice cross and equally as good from Scamacca. Nice movement. That's actually the most impressive goal that I've seen him score.
