I wonder if this is a strategy they do to make it seem these players are better than they are so then they can use them for exchanges or for selling outright.Just realized he’s turning 20 in like 3 days. We always keep these guys in the primavera a year too long. I’d argue maybe 2 years.
He will be future star of the new u23 team we are forming.
I'd reckon whatever we are doing in primavera development is a real issue here, and not just simple we integrated him too late. In fact our analysis is probably correct, he is only ready now to show something in senior level, but the problem is players at la masia for example were at his current level when they were 16 or 17. I have a feeling italians threat their primavera like kinder garden, while spaniards which are masters at developing talent not just in football but in every major sport are taking it way more seriously.Just realized he’s turning 20 in like 3 days. When the U23 team is formed, Kamate will be 30 years old.
I thought it was gona take 2 yrs.
Im talking Oaktree standards, they wana sell the teamTranslate that to Italian standards. Two years usually means a minimum of ten.
So what's the plan with this kid? Keep him on the bench/in the primavera this season and hopefully give him Buchanan's minutes? Or loan him out.
It was rumoured earlier in the summer plan is loaning him out and there was interest from Anderlecht. They're probably keeping him for trainings till Dumfries is back.
Anderlecht are unlikely to sign young Inter Milan winger Issiaka Kamate, but newly-promoted Liga Portugal side AVS are keen to.
In contrast, AVS would be happy to sign Kamate on an initial loan deal or with a buyback option.1/ Inter want to insert a buyback clause in the deal. Anderlecht do not want there to be such a clause if they’re to buy Kamate.
2/ The Belgian club would plan to initially have Kamate play with their B-team in the second division.
That is not what Kamate wants. The Frenchman wants to make the move to a club where he’ll get regular experience playing senior football.

Here's why:

Moreover, the Portuguese side would offer a place in the first team right away. That would certainly be in line with what Kamate is hoping for.
