My father's side is from Broccostella. It is a small town in the city of Sora, which is in the Province of Frosinone of the Lazio region. This is why most of my older relatives and those living in Broccostella support Lazio.

My mother's side is from Fontechiari also in Frosinone.

Have you ever thought of changing your favourite team because of the Inter failures(1989-2006)?

The thought never crossed my mind. There is nothing more fun then watching your favorite team grow and slowly get better. I feel that if I did not endure the years we struggled, winning the Scudetto would not have felt as good as it did.

It is the same with the Italian NT. I had tears in my eyes when we won the WC, just because I have never seen it happen in my lifetime and I had to watch them get knocked out over and over again.

PS. I was at the WC Semifinal between Bulgaria and Italy in 1994. My favorite Italian player and personal hero, Baggio, had such an inspiring game. One of the greatest memories of my childhood!

I have never been on a Juve or Milan forum before, and even though I have not gotten along with some people on here, I would never want to throttle any of them until I met them in person and found out what kind of person they were.

It is very easy to come across completely different on a forum than what your true character is.

Biggest waste of talent I have ever seen. I have never seen a player with a more lethal left foot. I loved Recoba, he remains one of my favorite Inter players of my lifetime....

I would replace the word "biggest" with "saddest".

Other than that I completely agree with you. He too is one of my favourite Inter players ever, probably the most.

Can't think of Recoba and what he could have acheived if he was less injury-prone and more determined without getting a little sad.

IMO he's the single most NATURALLY talented footballer I've ever watched, and I make note to distinguish between great players and those blessed with outright God-given talent the way he was.

Despite following Inter as much as could 6/7/8 years ago, I couldn't watch much. Did he play primarily as an AMF or a striker?
Personally I'm of the opinion that his best position is either trequartista or playing off the shoulder of the spearhead of the attack (like Crespo/Cruz/Vieri/Adriano) as a second striker.
