Because I believe he is the current heart and soul of Inter, a role model who is loyal. A gentleman on and off the pitch.

I knew Jimmy from the swedish forum


8) When/how did you start supporting Inter?
since 1987 - my dad got a job in Milan so my family went and stayed in Milan for 6 months. A friend of my father was a interista and so he took us to meazza to watch a game and the rest is history....

10) Correct me if I'm wrong, but are you an Iranian living in Sweden? If
yes, why do you choose Sweden?
Almost right!
15 years ago me and my family moved to Swe. This due to my parents political involvement in Iran.
Why Swe? Because my aunt already lived there and we had heard so much good about it.
Now, so many years have passed by and I'm happy about the choice we made as Swe is a great country. Having said that my dream is still that one day I can go back home.

Anyhow, 7 years ago I wanted a bit of change in my life so i moved down to London in order to study. I have now finished my studies, and as the job market for graduates are better here I decided to stay for a bit longer

A Very hard question, cant think of any particular issue right now!

I used to listen to alot of grunge (PJ being the fav band), and rock music. However since 5-6 years ago its been mainly persian music

A better job, perhaps a family of my own, a flat in London, a flat in Tehran and one next to Meazza

So true! For people who don't know, Lippi's face is just after Sheva scored the winning penalty in the CL final, and Seedorf's face is from the same game, he was in tears of joy, trying to speak with a journalist.

Swedish, English and Persian - I dont know what your definition of "like" is here so I don’t know what to say about the sec part of your questions!

I understand and speak a bit Italian as I did study it for 3 years at Uni. So, Id love to be fluent in it.

Montpellier

I’ve been there many times, and when Iran NT plays in front of 120 000 passionate fans it is something unforgettable

You are right. Many times despite having the better team we have collapsed against them in the past. I guess its due to the fact that we generally play less well against Arab teams/countries than the rest of Asian countries!

6) What happened to Khodadad Azizi?
He is a complex player with some attitude problem. However he is among our WCQ squad which was presented to media last week by Branko (our coach). First game next Wed against Bahrain!

7) Do you think Ali Daei is as good as his stats speak? Don't you think he is to static (like Vieri of last year)?
As you probably know Daei is now officially recognised as the all-time leading goal scorer in international football, with 95 from 126 matches

Anyhow currently I don’t want to see him as a starter and to tell you the truth I have never liked his style of play. However I'm proud of his record and I'm sure his experience is will be beneficial for our squad.

8) Don't you think Ali Karimi can succeed in Europe? Enough of UAE. :fero:
He is a lazy sod! I love him to bits, but his sorry a$$ will always stop him to come to Europe. He even outplayed Roma's midfield in a friendly few months ago. He is a class act, and recently he has become a better team player. also which is great. Several clubs (spanish/german and 1 italian team were and still are after his service. Hopefully he will make a move before it is too late

11) Have you ever read Rumi's poem? If so, what do you think of him?
Ofcourse, though not to a large extend. I recommend everyone who is into potery to take a look at it.

12) What do you think of Freud, his theories?
I like his interpretations/suggestions regarding dreams. Pretty amazing how he primarily links elements in dreams to sexual desires and symbolism


13) Do you agree that modern methods of advertisement are an infrigement to an individual's right?
Hmm.. interesting, as I've never looked at it that way. Especially when you consider the fact that I did advertising as part of my Media degree at Uni.
I need more time to think about it. But thinking about it now, I guess the answer would be no, not really!!

14) Best game you've ever seen?
Hmmm... a difficult one. I guess in terms of joy and pure unexpected excitement in the past 3-4 years, then I have to say the 3-1 victory away against Gobbi last year

wow there are so many, its hard to pick one only! I will have to go with djorkaeff's famous goal against Roma at meazza

Well, J Zanetti, you are a well-travelled man. I love travelling and seeing different countries and cities, specially in Europe. Rome, Barcelona, Prague and China are some of the places I dream of visiting.

Unfortunately I have never done so and pray to god that I will do so before I get married, get busy and die.
