Like you said it yourself Miki, Batman has a extraordinary will and determination. That is all that man needs to succeed in whatever he does.
Thus while Superman and the Hulk rely on their pure strength, Batman will outsmart them both and defeat them somehow.

Hulk is something like 15 feet tall at his biggest. Actually, for Hulk's size, he is pretty agile. He has great speed in running because of his enchanced muscles and he can evade attack pretty well - super jumping.
The truth is, i don't see how Batman can win a fight against either one of them unless he uses some mega weapon against Hulk or Kryptonite against Superman.

Well, i agree that he has his intelligence and wealth to count on in a fight against the Hulk. However, Hulk has access to Bruce Banner's intelligence as well, although he hardly uses it.
Batman will probably calm Hulk down till the guy shrinks and then he can have fun with Banner as you said.
That is, until you make him angry.
