Quite a good manager, but the main respect should be due to the fact that he's built many successful teams over the course of his career. However, to be brutually honest, he's not on the level of someone like Mourinho - who for me is one generation ahead of Ferguson.

I'm not surprised, really, he's been confident and in good form all season.

At the same time, if he starts to lose confidence, you really have to worry. The only reason we have so much faith in JJ is because he had like 10 consecutive really good games to buy faith - if he only played a couple before he flopped then he probably wouldnt be where he is now

It was pretty bad for the time period where I started posting, and whilst it is a bit more pessimistic now, I thikn hte overall level has increased alot lately. I would like to take some credit for that
