1. What made you become an Inter fan?
I enjoyed watching Zanetti play.
2. Why the username "bandiera"?
I chose it because a player considered to be a club icon in Italy is commonly called a bandiera.
3. Something you hate about yourself? And please don't say "thinking too much"
Not sure. I think I can be a bit too honest with people sometimes.
4. Something you like about yourself?
I think it's good I try to evaluate/criticize my opinions as much as possible.
5. Into music? If so, what type do you enjoy?
Not really.
6. Why do you rarely write in upper case?
It's carelessness about presentation more than anything else.
7. Who do you think will win the CL this season?
Difficult to say who is "the best team in Europe" because teams can improve/worsen as the season progresses. Not to mention the best team in Europe not necessarily being the team that wins the CL.
I don't think Real or any of the English clubs will compete for it. My money is on either Atletico, Bayern, Barcelona, and Juventus.
8. What sets League Un apart in developing young talented players? Or do you not see it that way, as in, all leagues have their fair share of exciting players on the rise.
England, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany all have quite a few interesting young players. To me it's a function of philosophy and investment with young players and academies. French clubs have a culture of developing young players. OL, ASSE, Nantes, Lens, Auxerre, Rennes, Le Havre, even PSG and Monaco have incredibly strong academies. The federation also invests into national youth academies like Clairefontaine which scout and develop a lot of talent. In France it's difficult to be a young player and not be identified quickly. Clubs and schools work together really well.
9. A left back you would recommend to our management?
I think people underrate Ansaldi who, based on his last season, is good enough for our current goals. Although I like Adam Masina of Bologna from what I've seen of him.
10. Is there something, anything, that you believe in? Say like, karma, soul mates or whatever.
Not really. I'd say not being hypocritical.
i'm curious :
Marx or Keynes?
Lennon or Mccartney?
1984 or brave new world?
jeremy corbin or bernie sanders?
sex pistols or the clash?
christopher nolan or david fincher?
memento or trainspotting?
jack sparrow or squidword?
why do you think i cant avoid FIF when i'm online?
did you visit inter per sempre, a site once run by Michael?
why Devious is no longer here?
what can make Dynasty and MVD post again?
i miss Devious. what about you?
I prefer Keynes to Marx but I'm not really a fan of either.
Mccartney over Lennon.
I prefer 1984 over Brave New World. I do think both books are often overused though.
Corbin or Sanders? I'll probably go with Corbin.
The Clash.
Fincher over Nolan.
Memento.
Squidword.
If I answered that question I probably wouldn't come online anymore.
I don't visit Inter per sempre, no.
Who knows why Devious has been so inactive lately. Hopefully things are all good with him.
Not sure about MVD, but I'm confident Dynasty will post when the time is right.
What went wrong with Mancini's second stint with Inter?
Why was Mancini's success with Inter in his first stint was such a fluke?
Why do people fall into Mancini's scam constantly and hire him for big clubs? Why are some of the richest people on the planet fooled by him constantly?
Did you admire Mancini as a player?
Note 3 detrimental attributes that make Mancini a poor coach.
If you are forced to hire Mancini but are free to put him in whatever role you like, what role would you put Mancini in?
Our team didn't have enough points to make CL in 14/15 and 15/16 for one reason or another but it would've been more probable under Mancini with at least 2 world class attackers and a strong dressing room. Basically if third would be probable without any direction from the coach.
Trophy cabinet, nationality, history as a player. Meaningless factors when it actually comes to what makes a good coach (using a style/system of play/adapting the system to his players, recognizing tactical patterns during a game, man management etc)
They've fallen into the trap because they don't run well managed football clubs with a selection process that doesn't necessarily look at results or big club experience.
Mancini was a fantastic player but I don't think I ever admired him.
Inability to communicate and relate to his players.
Lack of composure under pressure.
Not implementing any style of play.
I would make him the towel boy just to offend the guy and his ridiculous ego.
Do you think Twitter influences our interactions today? I'm speaking about the negative side with the short attention span, character limits, cyber bullying, the urge of instant reactions and answers.
Speaking of reactions, what do you think of the reaction videos culture? Is it similar to selfies?
Do you take selfies?
Technology as a whole influences our interactions. I don't think any of those things are inherent to anything negative per se, but people definitely buy into them too much.
I can see why the reasons for making (even watching) a reaction video would be similar to taking a selfie. I think reaction videos are really useless honestly.
I don't take selfies, no.
Is 'screen capturing' discussions and tweets a form of bullying? Are people hypocritical when they denounce the idiotic content yet 'like' and retweet that treatment?
Depends on what's being screen captured and why, and it depends how you want to define bullying. I think if you took something out of context to make someone look "bad" it would definitely be a dick move. I don't think that would only be limited to someone putting pressure on someone else to do what they want though or looking for personal satisfaction, even if that would probably be true most of the time.
Who has the better snake? Me or Javier'sSon? By 'snake' I mean avatar.
I'd go with your avatar but JS's avatar isn't bad either.
Egypt I would think?
Hopefully he comes back to the forum.
Garfield.
Do you write with your left or right hand?
Right hand.
Why does Ewan Mcgregor remind Christian Bale of their sex scene between time to time? Dick move (haha the pun) or brotherly banter?
Since Christian Bale was mentioned, what are his best and worst performances? The same with Ewan Mcgregor.
I'm not familiar with the context around that but I would think it's brotherly banter.
Not sure about their worst performances, but I'd say Bale's best is American Psycho and Mcgregor's best is Trainspotting.
What movie genre do you follow?
Don't follow any particular genre. I honestly don't watch too many movies.
Do you think browha has a chance with Dylan?
Why not?
Your opinion on the Scouse accent?
No opinion really.
Not a big fan of pop drinks but I'll go with Coca Cola.
After how long do you change the tires of your car? What brand do you use? Oh and what do you drive?
I don't have a car.
What happened to Youth Projector?
Living the good life as a Nigerian prince. Praying to Shaun that his enemies will be eliminated. Also, still deeply depressed that Guney wasn't interested in sharing contact info with him.
Are game shows like "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?" dead today?
Don't know but they do seem a lot less popular.
Do you think JJM will ever get rid of Icardiscores?
Never.
Picard.
Who brought balance to the force? Anakin or Luke?
Anakin.
Top 5 movies of all time?
Not sure about top 5, but my favorite movie is Lawrence of Arabia.
Your all time starting 11 for Inter, Italy, Germany, Brazil, Argentina? Finally, your all time favorite staring 11 from the world of football?
I think all time eleven's can be murky because it isn't necessarily the best team and football has changed a lot. Someone like Thomas Muller wouldn't be nearly as effective in the 1940s while someone like Di Stefano would be absolutely useless today. I'll pick an eleven based on 1 gk, 4 defenders, 3 midfielders, and 3 strikers. To me, Zoff, Maldini, Beckenbauer, F.Baresi, Zanetti, Suarez, Redondo, Matthaus, Messi, Ronaldo, and Maradona are the best players relative to their time. I haven't seen many games of the players in that list from the 80s and before though (mostly world cup matches).
My all time favorite group of players would be Toldo, Zanetti, Bergomi, Picchi, Facchetti, Cambiasso, Redondo, Zidane, Di Stefano, Milito, Mazzola.
Do you prefer attacking, defensive, or balanced fullbacks?
The DM spot, do you like a defensive screen or a regista there?
I don't really prefer one or the other, I think the priority in that position depends a lot on tactics/style of play. I think most tactics require players to be competent in both phases even if attacking fullbacks are more common nowadays than defensive fullbacks.
It really depends on the tactics but I think most tactics are moving towards a regista in the middle to bring as many players as possible into buildup.
In the Hollywood school food chain, is the "Aussie Pack" FIF's popular kids or jocks? Where do you place the "Balkan Boys" and are there other groups we're yet to label?
I'd say FIF's popular kids. It's difficult to place the Balkan FIF members anywhere though because they're so varied. It's too difficult for me to put wera, enjoy, Pimp, Wobblz, JJM etc in the same pot.
