Gagliardini at home games against most bottom half teams isn't a bad option really. Problem is that he needs to be carried by the rest of the team and we lack the depth quality there.

He tried Hakan there because the alternative was starting a youngster. Lesser of two evils for Inzaghi. 😀

Prior to Brozo injury this season he had never used Hakan as a regista. Last season he had used Barella as a DM with disastrous results.
